When it was almost 20:00 at night they sent me an audio warning that they had a small problem with her. Because she didn't want to leave the grid to start work I went up to the place and questioned why they took her at almost 20:00, when it was scheduled at 17:00. The attendant informed me that they even tried to catch her before but because she wouldn't let me. They didn't. well I took the dog off the fence and waited for a dog to finish. Detail: the other animals that were waiting all had already left. That is . They left mine for last. Remembering that I had scheduled the 17 pm. I waited for it to finish and put it to be shorn. The super unfriendly girl asked me how she was going to shave her face since she wouldn't let her touch without her muzzle. I explained that I could put on a ribbon to get the face groomed. But as they were already super SIMPATIC due to the Schedule. They claimed they didn't. But what were they going to see? Until I had it and the girl put it on. She didn't even want to tie the dog up properly. Anyway .... I said I was going to wait outside because if I stayed in front of the dog she would get agitated. I still asked.. do I have to stay here?
