O rapaz que fica na recepção é muito prestativo e educado, só acho que a dona não deveria chamar a atenção dele na frente dos clientes, em uma única visita, ela chamou a atenção dele por duas vezes, o deixando super sem graça. por conta disso minha nota será 4.

The guy who is at the front desk is very helpful and polite, I just think the owner should not get his attention in front of customers, in a single visit, she caught his attention twice, making him super embarrassed. because of this my grade will be 4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei hoje meu pet Max para banho e tosa, quando fui buscar e o peguei notei que reclamou mas achei que pelo fato de ter ido ao um lugar diferente estava nervoso, quando chegamos em casa ele não fez alegria só bebeu água está reclamando de dor próximo as costelas em baixo da patinhas dianteiras está chorando quando pego ele, dei gotinhas de dipirona caso não melhore vou levar no veterinário estou horrorizada isso nunca aconteceu ? ele é filhote, só fica deitado estou arrasada! Isso é inadmissível!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar parece ser bom, porém fiquei receiosa depois que comprei ração a granel pro meu pet e percebi que ela não queria comer, e reparei que tinha larvas na ração, então não recomendo. Sei que os preços aí são atrativos, mas fiquei insegura de comprar ou levá-la no pet para banhos ou cirurgia, devido ao descuido com a ração.
