★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma Audax havok, na quinta feira dia 25, passei uma hora esperando que a bike saísse da oficina, recebi a bike com as esferas dos cubos dianteiro e traseiro sem lubrificante, prendendo o movimento das rodas devido as esferas, e hj depois de ter feito as devidas correções pra poder pedalar, quando estava no meio do trajeto a câmara de ar traseira simplesmente se abriu, sendo necessário ter que comprar outra, isso no pedal de inauguração da bike...
Confesso que a loja é muito boa de propaganda, mais minha experiência foi frustante pela segunda vez...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Deixei minha bicicleta para montar, paguei 100 reais e quando recebi e fui pedalar a primeira vez o guidom tava frouxo e ficava pra baixo. O banco também estava frouxo, resumindo não sabem nem apertar parafusos. O pior foi que tentei entrar em contato no mesmo dia, liguei 5x e ninguém atendia (liguei às 14:30). Não indico, péssimo!!!
Terrible attendance. I left my bike to assemble, I paid 100 reais and when I received it and went to ride the first time, the handlebars were loose and were down. The bench was also loose, in short, they don't even know how to tighten screws. The worst thing was that I tried to get in touch on the same day, I called 5 times and no one answered (I called at 2:30 pm). I don't recommend, terrible!!!
