 Bad service, I left my bike there for a week and they didn't even take my bike, lack of responsibility and respect for the customer, without compromise, I don't advise any kind of service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja numa quinta feira, o dono falou q não deixasse pq estava cheio, me recomendou q eu fosse segunda logo cedo Q ele entregaria no mesmo dia, assim o fiz, deixei na segunda e ele falou q entregava na terça, liguei na terça e nada, na quarta e quinta...nada, no sábado fui sem perguntar, disposto a trazer pra casa de qualquer jeito, mas a bicicleta estava pronta, ainda com o defeito inicial relatado no início.
I went to the store on a Thursday, the owner told me not to leave because it was full, he recommended me to go Monday morning Q he would deliver on the same day, so I did, I left it on Monday and he said he would deliver on Tuesday, I called on Tuesday and nothing, on Wednesday and Thursday...nothing, on Saturday I went without asking, willing to bring it home anyway, but the bike was ready, still with the initial defect reported at the beginning.
