Os funcionários são muito bons e não negam informações mas o dono acaba por ser um velho ranheta que sempre encontra um jeito de aumentar o valor da sua conta, seja cobrando mais caro em peças simples ou afirmando que precisa trocar mais peças do que realmente é necessário. O serviço em geral é muito bem feito pela equipe, só peca no atendimento e transparência. Boa localização. Só aceita pagamento em dinheiro ou cartão de débito. É comum em começo de período letivo da universidade ao lado de encontrar a bicicletaria abarrotada de serviços e por isso sua bicicleta ser recusada, mas na maior parte do tempo, eles não negam serviços (sejam simples e rápidos ou que demorem mais de um dia).
 Useful for simple repairs of moderate difficulty. The employees are very good and do not deny information but the owner turns out to be an old man who always finds a way to increase the value of his account, either by charging more for simple pieces or stating that he needs to exchange more pieces than is really necessary . The service in general is very well done by the team, just ask for service and transparency. Good location. Only accepts payment by cash or debit card. It is common in the beginning of a university period to find the bike shop overflowing with services and for that reason your bicycle is refused, but most of the time, they do not deny services (be they simple and fast or that take more than a day) .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei a bike pra trocar cabos e alinhar a roda. Não alinharam a roda e me falaram na hora que não fica 100% o alinhamento. Porém cobraram o serviço e pra mim nem foi feito pois ficou do mesmo jeito. Não volto mais
I took the bike to change cables and align the wheel. They did not align the wheel and told me at the time that the alignment is not 100%. But they charged the service and for me it was not even done because it was the same way. I won't be back

Levei a minha bicicleta em 3 lugares antes desse pra fazer alguns serviços, nem um deles ficou tão bom, eu sentia ela bem desregulada e no último que eu levei (vegano das bikes) foram muito rudes comigo, não deixaram nem eu dizer o problema e disseram que não iam resolver. Nessa aqui, eu gostei muito do serviço e me atenderam muito bem. Recomendo muito.
Very good
I took my bike in 3 places before this one to do some services, not one of them was so good, I felt it was very unregulated and in the last one I took (vegan of the bikes) they were very rude to me, they didn't even let me say the problem and They said they wouldn't fix it. In this one, I really liked the service and they served me very well. I highly recommend.
