★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não peço já tem anos pois me mudei de Sorocaba, mas tenho como obrigação vir aqui e elogiar seja o produto como também atendimento.
Tive um problema no passado e enviei uma mensagem para a empresa e provavelmente o próprio proprietário resolveu o problema de imediato.
As fogazzas são deliciosas, minha preferida é a de camarão.

The fogazzas are delicious, my favorite is shrimp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O produto é excelente! Na qualidade dos produtos utilizados e na quantidade mas, acaba que sendo uma loteria quanto à entrega: é torcer pra dar certo. Infelizmente não informam se houve algum problema, se a entrega vai atrasar...Nada! É uma pena! Pois sou fã mas, acaba sendo minha última opção de fast food.
EDIT: moro bem próximo: em um condomínio da avenida Ipanema. 7 minutos/ 4 km. Pedido feito às 18:59 e entregue às 20:34. Compreendo quanto à questão da chuva. Justamente por isso que a empresa deveria entrar em contato informando o possível atraso. À partir do momento que, pelo app, foi informado que o pedido saiu para entrega até a entrega, foram 40 minutos. Novamente: minha reclamação se refere à ausência de informações. Nada mais.
