★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é bom, os funcionários são atenciosos.
Mas o lugar está bem acabado e abandonado precisa urgentemente de uma boa reforma.
O chalé que eu meu marido ficamos, estava com forte cheiro de mofo, roupas de cama, toalhas de banho e de rosto amareladas de tão encardidas que estavam, o edredom tive que pedir para trocar pq cheiro de mofo era muito forte.
Não tem tv a cabo.
O quarto não estava bem limpo.
A comida sem gosto e pouca opção, suco natural só tinha de limão e de caixinha sabor de laranja era horrível.
A sala de jogos os brinquedos são bem acabados, a mesa de ping pong tem uma onda no meio perigoso desabar no pé de alguém a qualquer momento.
A borda da piscina externa com lodo.
As quadras precárias.
Não oferecem atividades para fazer em dias chuvosos.
Os lagos parece que não tem peixe grande pra pescar só pegava tilapinha.
O lugar em si é bonito mas está abandonado iríamos ficar três dias mas acabamos ficando um só, ficamos decepcionados.

But the place is well finished and abandoned in urgent need of a good renovation.
The chalet that my husband and I stayed in had a strong musty smell, the bedding, bath towels and face towels were yellowed because they were so dirty, the duvet had to ask to be changed because the musty smell was very strong.
There is no cable TV.
The room was not very clean.
The food was tasteless and had little choice, natural juice only had lemon and orange flavored box was horrible.
The games room the toys are well finished, the ping pong table has a wave in the middle dangerous to collapse on someone's foot at any time.
The edge of the outdoor pool with sludge.
The precarious courts.
They do not offer activities to do on rainy days.
The lakes don't seem to have big fish to fish, I just caught tilapia.
The place itself is beautiful but it is abandoned, we were going to stay three days but ended up staying just one, we were disappointed.

Atendimento bom pessoas simples mais fazem o máximo para nós atender com os recursos que tem ou seja não culpo os pontos negativos estes funcionários.2. Limpeza ficou em situação de abandono mesmo pois independentemente das chuvas e inadmissível que tenha uma.piscina com.pedras sujas tendo o local sem pinturas e sem uma devida limpeza. Os locais de.passeios abandonado lagos com.poucos peixes e a cocheira de cavalos distante e passeio não e divulgado. 3. Quanto a limpeza do quarto até que aceitavo pois a camareira faz o máximo que pode porém a.pintura do local externo e interno falta reparos tomadas com problemas e não temos ar condicionado. 4. Cozinha local simples com pinturas e acabamentos rústicos muito bom mais abandonado da pena de ver. Atendentes da cozinha muito boa porém COMIDA deixa a desejar pois não crítico a simplicidade da cozinha mais não tem uma.variedade de comida a agastronomia e com uma comida repetitiva sem misturas variadas. Nao temos sucos de laranja natural e a maioria deles e de caixinha. 5. Café da manhã até que ajuda mais infelizmente não atende o que é proposto pelo pacote
Finalizo com todo o respeito à empresa pois conheço a mais de 24 anos este empreendimento e vi que não há mudanças parou no tempo e envelheceu. Acredito que falta pessoas com.interesse de recuperar a posição deste hotel Fazenda precisa de investimento pois está fadado a falência infelizmente. As pessoas que estão lendo este comentário quero que saiba que o local e bonito mais infelizmente não dá para gastar um pacote nos termos em que analisamos ser confiável aconselho sim.analisar os comentários respeitosos e com devida procedência e respeito a família desta empresa

Good service simple people, but they do their best to serve us with the resources they have, that is, I don't blame these employees for the negative points.2. Cleaning was in a state of disrepair even because, regardless of the rains, it is inadmissible to have a.pool with dirty stones, with the place unpainted and without proper cleaning. The sites of.walks abandoned lakes with.few fish and the distant horse stable and ride is not publicized. 3. As for cleaning the room until I accept it because the maid does the best she can but the painting of the external and internal place lacks repairs taken with problems and we do not have air conditioning. 4. Simple local kitchen with very good rustic paintings and finishes but worth seeing. Very good kitchen attendants but FOOD leaves something to be desired because I don't criticize the simplicity of the kitchen but it doesn't have a variety of food to gastronomy and with a repetitive food without varied mixes. We don't have natural orange juices and most of them are boxed. 5. Breakfast helps but unfortunately it does not meet what is proposed by the package
I conclude with all due respect to the company because I have known this enterprise for over 24 years and I saw that there is no change, it has stopped in time and has aged. I believe there is a lack of people with.interest to recover the position of this hotel Fazenda needs investment as it is unfortunately doomed to bankruptcy. People who are reading this comment I want you to know that the place is beautiful but unfortunately it is not possible to spend a package in the terms in which we analyze it to be reliable I advise yes. analyze the respectful comments and with due origin and respect to the family of this company
