★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospedagem muito boa, tem uma cachoeira bem do lado do hotel a noite é muito gostoso de dormir. É perto da rua principal, da para ir andando. O café da manhã é muito bom. A água quente do chuveiro saí bem quente. Piscina muito bem cuidada. A noite tem aproximadamente 10 coelhos que ficam soltos andar pelo hotel. Muito bom o hotel.
 Very good accommodation, there is a waterfall right next to the hotel at night it is very pleasant to sleep. It's close to the main street, so you can walk. The break fast is very good. The hot water in the shower came out very hot. Swimming pool very well maintained. At night there are approximately 10 rabbits that roam around the hotel. The hotel is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel não tem nada de mais. Não é ruim, mas também não oferece nada de exclusivo. O quarto é limpo, é grande e com banheira. O wi-fi só funcionou no primeiro dia que estive lá. A piscina estava limpa, porém com poucas espreguiçadeiras, o quiosque que tem ao lado da piscina só funciona de fim de semana e não tem quase nada do cardápio. A cachoeira não pode entrar e a área em torno está mal cuidada. Salão de jogos sujo e sala de "spa" jogada as moscas. O café da manhã normal de qualquer hotel. Recepção e funcionários atenciosos e educados. É proibido levar consumíveis de fora, o que não faz sentido, já que não há restaurante no hotel.
The hotel is nothing special. It's not bad, but it doesn't offer anything exclusive either. The room is clean, big and with a bathtub. The wifi only worked the first day I was there. The pool was clean, but with few loungers, the kiosk next to the pool only works on weekends and has almost nothing on the menu. The waterfall cannot enter and the area around it is poorly maintained. Dirty game room and "spa" room played the flies. The typical breakfast of any hotel. Reception and attentive and polite staff. It is forbidden to take consumables from outside, which makes no sense as there is no restaurant in the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente em suas dependências, inclusive apartamentos. O café da manhã é razoável e não tem pensão completa. Os funcionários são atenciosos e educados, mas o valor cobrado foge em muito de outros hotéis da região com melhores condições de hospedagem e pensão completa . A parte perfeita é o silêncio, mas como havia descrito , precisa de uma repaginada em suas dependências. Nao facilitam pagamentos em cartão de crédito e isso é um ponto bem negativo . Aceitam PETs de pequeno porte mas queriam cobrar a diária do meu animal. Depois de muita conversa isentaram essa taxa para nós. A administração deixa a desejar em termos de organização pois foi-nos informado que teríamos um apartamento no 2 andar e depois nos colocaram em um apartamento no térreo que deveria estar fechado há muito tempo pois cheirava a mofo. Estou dando nota 2 estrelas pois eles tem que melhorar em muito no quesito de modernização e se adequar a outros hotéis da região.
Hotel needs an urgent renovation in its facilities, including apartments. Breakfast is reasonable and there is no full board. The employees are attentive and polite, but the amount charged is different from other hotels in the region with better accommodation conditions and full board. The perfect part is the silence, but as I had described, it needs a makeover in its dependencies. They do not facilitate credit card payments and that is a very negative point. They accept small PETs but wanted to charge my pet's daily rate. After a lot of talk they exempted this fee for us. The administration leaves something to be desired in terms of organization as we were informed that we would have an apartment on the 2nd floor and then they put us in an apartment on the ground floor which should have been closed for a long time as it smelled musty. I'm giving it 2 stars because they have to improve a lot in terms of modernization and adapt to other hotels in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel com quartos simples com ventilador de teto, cama de casal e cama de solteiro. Frigobar no quarto mais sem muitas opções, apenas água, uma opção de cerveja e uma de refrigerante. O hotel possui 3 andares de quartos, sendo o primeiro andar com quartos que possuem uma pequena sacada, os outros andares não. Todos os quartos possuem vista para uma grande mata e para piscina. Os quartos são limpos e também possuem o serviço de quarto para limpeza e troca de toalhas. Para comer no quarto não oferecem serviço, mas servem café da manhã em um salão que estão incluso na diária. Em relação a área de lazer tem a opção de duas piscinas, uma adulto e uma infantil, salão de jogos com uma mesa de bilhar e uma de ping pong, um campo de futebol em tamanho adaptado. O que menos me agrada no lugar são as escadas para acesso aos quartos. Mas os pontos positivos fez compensar.
O hotel é bem localizado,próximo ao centro de Serra Negra, mas em um lugar bem tranquilo e calmo. Dentro do hotel tem um cachoeira onde não é permitido a entrada, apenas a observação através de uma pequena ponte. O lugar é perfeito para ir em casal ou mesmo em família. No estacionamento do hotel tem alguns coelhos soltos correndo pra lá e pra cá, que faz a alegria não somente das crianças, mas também dos adultos, por chegar no hotel e já ter o primeiro contato com a natureza.
Recomendo a todos.
Hotel with simple rooms with ceiling fan, double bed and single bed. Fridge in the room but not many options, just water, a beer option and a soft drink option. The hotel has 3 floors of rooms, the first floor being rooms that have a small balcony, the other floors not. All rooms overlook a large forest and pool. The rooms are clean and they also have room service for cleaning and changing towels. To eat in the room they do not offer service, but they serve breakfast in a room that are included in the rate. Regarding the leisure area, there is the option of two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, a games room with a pool table and a ping pong table, a football field in adapted size. What I like least about the place are the stairs to access the rooms. But the positives did make up for it.
The hotel is well located, close to the center of Serra Negra, but in a very quiet and calm place. Inside the hotel there is a waterfall where entry is not allowed, only observation through a small bridge. The place is perfect for a couple or even a family. In the hotel parking lot, there are some rabbits running around, which makes not only the children, but also the adults happy, for arriving at the hotel and already having their first contact with nature.
I recommend it to everyone.
