★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor loja de Bauru, sou sempre muito bem atendido pelo Dera e o nenê(mecânico) loja com um grande acervo de peças e acessórios e com um bom preço. O mais importante é a Honestidade de todos que trabalham na bike Cia , faz oq realmente tem que ser feito na bike e sem enrolação, super recomendo!!!
Best store in Bauru, I am always very well attended by Dera and the baby (mechanic) store with a large collection of parts and accessories at a good price. The most important thing is the Honesty of everyone who works on the bike Cia, does what really has to be done on the bike and without fuss, I highly recommend it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO , foi muito mal atendido loja estava cheia, Funcionario nem me cumprimentou ,bom dia , boa tarde já venho me chamando atenção mascará pq estava bebendo refrigerante latinha só falei pra ele como q bebo refrigerante com mascara pq não entendi só queria uma explicação, imediatamente acho q foi o dono sem comprimenta passando vendo tava acontecendo falo me tirando q ali não era bar e nem loja de bebida i eu me retirei até acaba refrigerante peguei minha bicicleta com o rapaz q me atendeu fui embora um volto + acho q atendimento e tudo educação tb OBS tinha uns 3 funcionários com mascara no queixo nesse dia, e no dia levei bicicleta quase todos sem mascara !!!
A explicação acho dono foi q não era bar nem loja de bebida pra min retira dentro da loja , não tiro razão uso mascara essencial luta contra covid19 mais educação e tudo DEUS ABENÇOE
I DO NOT RECOMMEND, it was very poorly attended, the store was full, Employee didn't even greet me, good morning, good afternoon, I've been calling my attention mask because I was drinking soda cans, I just told him how I drink soda with a mask because I didn't understand, I just wanted an explanation, immediately I think it was the owner without greetings passing by, seeing it was happening, I speak taking away that there was no bar or liquor store there i left until the soda was gone i got my bike with the guy who helped me i went back a bit + i think the service is all education tb OBS there were about 3 employees with a mask on their chin that day, and on the day I took almost all of them without a mask!!!
The explanation I think the owner was that it wasn't a bar or a liquor store for me to remove it inside the store, I don't take a reason I use essential mask fight against covid19 more education and everything GOD BLESS

Algo que também me agradou foi o atendimento, técnico, honesto e solícito.
Em função da situação em que estávamos, o item principal, bicicletas, não tinha muita variedade de modelos

Já conhecíamos a loja que é tradicional em Bauru, há mais de 10 anos compramos a bike que levamos para revisão hoje.
A loja está linda! Super completa e oferece tudo do mundo bike pra você. O difícil é resistir a tanta tentação.
Oficina com atendimento rápido pra poder usar logo minha bike, isso é um diferencial importante.
Atendimento honesto entendendo entre a real necessidade de conserto e o que você pode fazer de opcional .
Loja ampla, bem localizada, com estacionamento na frente, bem planejada e com a oficina visível aos clientes, organizada e com um mundo de opções de bike e acessórios, roupas, capacetes e afins.

The store is beautiful! Super complete and offers everything in the bike world for you. The hard part is resisting so much temptation.
Fast service workshop so I can use my bike right away, this is an important differential.

Large store, well located, with parking in front, well planned and with the workshop visible to customers, organized and with a world of options for bikes and accessories, clothing, helmets and the like.
