★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui levar minha bike pra revisão e fui prontamente atendido. Fizemos o orçamento na hora e em poucos dias estava pronta. A bike ficou show após a revisão. É ainda dão 30 dias, caso a bike apresente alguma coisa. Recomendo a loja. Abraços
 I went to take my bike for review and was promptly attended. We did the budget on the spot and in a few days it was ready. The bike was shown after the review. It’s still 30 days if the bike has anything. Highly recommend the store. Hugs

No dia 22/09 liguei e perguntei o preço de um produto, me falaram que era 119 reais e que pagamento a vista eu teria mais 5% de desconto.
No dia 24/09 eu fui até a loja e não me identifiquei que havia ligado, apenas pedi o produto. Me deram o preço de 139, e informaram que não havia descontos a vista.
Eu informei que havia ligado antes e mostrei no meu celular que me deram o preço de 119 reais e com mais 5% de desconto a vista. De início se negaram a dar o desconto e por fim eu comprei a 119 reais, comprei apenas porque era uma emergência e não achei o produto em outro lugar, mas indico a TODOS os clientes ligarem antes para confirmar o preço dos produtos e após isso fazer que nem eu fiz, ir a loja sem se identificar que ligou antes, tenho nota fiscal anotados no WhatsApp que me deram um preço e cobraram outro !!

I was deceived!
On 09/22 I called and asked for the price of a product, I was told it was 119 reais and that I would have another 5% discount in cash.
On 09/24 I went to the store and I didn't identify who had called, I just ordered the product. They gave me the price of 139, and reported that there were no cash discounts.
I informed that I had called earlier and showed on my cell phone that they gave me the price of 119 reais and with a 5% discount in cash. At first they refused to give the discount and finally I bought the 119 reais, I bought it just because it was an emergency and I didn't find the product anywhere else, but I recommend ALL customers call first to confirm the price of the products and after that do that neither I did, go to the store without identifying who called before, I have invoices noted on WhatsApp that gave me a price and charged another !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é pequena, tem média oferta de produtos. Mas o problema maior é o preço, que é extremamente absurdo. Um exemplo apenas, uma câmara de ar que é vendida no mercado por R$ 25 / 30 eles cobram R$ 49, um assalto. eu não recomendo ninguém comprar nada de equipamento nessa loja. A qualidade do atendimento varia em dois polos, são dois vendedores que se revezam lá: um extremamente gentil, educado e atencioso. O outro, mais marrento e malandro. O malandro pode condenar peças da sua bicicleta sem nem falar com o mecânico, pois ele quer empurrar vendas. Já cai nesse truque. Sobre a parte técnica eu não tenho o que reclamar, os mecânicos são muito competentes e as bicicletas saem em bom estado. A revisão geral não é muito cara, mas demora muito para ser feita, devido à longa fila de atendimento.
