★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nesta loja hoje dia 19/02/22 as 10 hs comprei e paguei em espécie no valor 120 reais um Aro700 para bike speed sendo que quando cheguei em casa que verifiquei nao era do mesmo tamanho fui imediatamente fazer troca so que nao tinha outros tamnhos . Exigi meu dinheiro de volta e nada da devolução. Escreveram num papel um vale para comprar la obrigatoriamente so assim vou ter meu dinheiro devolta
in this store today 02/19/22 at 10 am I bought and paid in cash worth 120 reais an Aro700 for speed bike and when I got home I found it was not the same size I immediately went to exchange it but there were no other sizes. I asked for my money back and no refund. They wrote a voucher on paper to buy it, so I'll get my money back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented for 8 days for R$45 (€12.50, $13) per day. That's already very expensive (short distance Uber goes for R$7-8). First bike was horrible - made so much noise braking that people were scared, so I tried to avoid braking - not a good idea in Rio traffic. Traded the bike for one that was better in noise but worse every other way - gears, lock, tyres, saddle, name it.
But it's the only place in Ipanema aside from the orange bikes, so for two more days I thought I could handle it, and thus I came back later. Suddenly the price is R$80 per day. 15 days of that and you can buy a brand new bike, better than what they have.
If you insist on getting screwed over for lack of an alternative, don't forget to bring photo ID which you need to leave behind for the rental period. Otherwise: AVOID!
