★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Fui tratado como se tivessem fazendo um favor para mim. Depois de ter comprado um lubrificante para corrente perguntei se tinha bomba de encher o pneu e o atendente se quer saiu de trás do balcão p me ajudar. Apenas respondeu "la fora" e tive que ficar procurando aonde era a tal bomba. Estou para investir em uma bicicleta nova e certamente não será lá!

Fui para trocar as pastilhas de freio da minha bike e parecia que eu estava pedindo favor para o funcionário.
Não respondeu meu "boa tarde", me olhou de cara feia e disse que não tinha o produto na loja sem nem ter procurado. Além disso, ele mentiu, pois perguntei: "poxa, já que não tem, você pode me dizer por favor o nome da pastilha?". Na maior grosseiria, ele me respondeu: "sei de nada não".
O GOOGLE NÃO MENTE!
NÃO PASSEM PERTO DESSA LOJA!
Dei uma estrela de avaliação somente pelo fato de que não é possível colocar zero estrelas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento. Não têm boa vontade, mal saem do balcão pra te atender. Fui trocar uma câmara, com meu freio funcionando. Quando me entregaram, o freio não funcionava. Pedi pra ajeitarem porque não estava assim e não podia sair de lá sem freio. Paguei o serviço e então perguntei por valores de bicicleta para meu marido. Fui ignorada, mal olhavam pra mim. Mas dois homens que entraram depois foram bem atendidos. Outra mulher aqui comentou algo sobre atendentes machistas, e tive a mesma impressão. Não volto mais. Descobri uma loja com pessoas mais gentis bem perto dali.
I didn't like the service. They don't have good will, they barely leave the counter to answer you. I went to change a camera, with my brake working. When delivered, the brake did not work. I asked them to fix it because it wasn't like that and I couldn't leave without a brake. I paid for the service and then asked my husband for bicycle fees. I was ignored, they barely looked at me. But two men who came in later were well attended. Another woman here commented on sexist attendants, and I had the same impression. I won't be back. I discovered a store with kinder people very close by.

Зашёл посмотреть велосипед, консультанта попросил отстегнуть его от общего ряда и попробовать его по росту, подойдет или нет, он ответил что недавно прошёл дождь и на улице мокро, поэтому он его не предоставит для осмотра. Как тогда определиться с выбором? Спросил про колодки к другому велосипеду, продавец глянул на их фотографию и сказал что таких нет в наличии, попросил сказать что это за модель что бы я хоть мог найти их по интернету на что мне было предложено поменять у них всю тормозную систему за кучу денег.... какая мне нужна модель колодок так и не сказали специально. Я уж не говорю что цены очень завышены по сравнению с декатлоном или другими

A loja é péssima! Não recomendo a ninguém. Marcelo possível dono, nao resolve nada e cascatea para seus subordinados que nao tem ação nenhuma e poder de decisão!
Agem de Má Fé.
Minha suspensão foi feita a troca em garantia, tive que pagar 2 fretes para a loja do envio. A suspensão chegou na loja a correta e a funcionária Ione postou o produto com sedex a cobrar na retirada, enviam mensagens induzindo ao erro! TOTALMENTE INADEQUADO E INADMISSÍVEL!!
PESSIMA LOJA E NAO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bicicleta tamanho M no marketplace deles na Americanas e enviaram tamanho PP. Enviaram numa caixa genérica, não da marca da bicicleta e com nota constando tamanho M. Ela não é uma loja idônea e confiável.
I bought a size M bike in their marketplace at Americanas and they sent PP size. They were shipped in a generic box, not the bike's brand and with a bill showing size M. It is not a reputable and trustworthy store.
