★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima loja de bike. Lá não te empurram algo que não precisa e, as vezes, isso é confundido com mal atendimento o que não é o caso. Se o seu nível de pedal não condizer com a bike que quer comprar não te empurram uma bike cara e te informam que talvez deva considerar um bike mais em conta. Tal comportamento é raridade no meio comercial o que demonstra que os donos tem profunda consideração pelo ser humano e não pelo poder aquisitivo do ser humano.
Great bike shop. There you are not pushed something you do not need and, sometimes, this is confused with poor service which is not the case. If your pedal level doesn't match the bike you want to buy, don't push an expensive bike and inform you that maybe you should consider a more affordable bike. Such behavior is a rarity in the commercial environment, which shows that the owners have a deep consideration for the human being and not for the purchasing power of the human being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao sou um cliente fiel da loja, mas ao contrario dos comentários, sempre que vou la sou bem atendido de forma normal sem bajulação. O pessoal de lá tem um perfil mais sério mesmo, mas isso não me incomoda. Achei peças com preços muito bom, melhor até de determinado site de compras.
I am not a loyal customer of the store, but contrary to the comments, whenever I go there I am well attended to in a normal way without flattery. The people there have a more serious profile, but that doesn't bother me. I found pieces with very good prices, even better for a particular shopping site.

Fui ver algumas peças para trocar da minha nova baike que acabei não adquirindo neste local e a que estava ali para me atender pouco fez satisfação de me atender e ainda criticou a baike que havia comprado dizendo que a mesma não prestava, mas ainda insisti pois queria dar uma melhorada na minha baike como encurtar o cabo e trocar o guidão e precisava de um suporte para o carro, iria comprar tudo isso nesse local mas novamente o despreparado era evidente parecia que eu estava pedido que não iria pagar pelo serviço, não fizeram nem questão de me mostrar as opção do que precisa. Fiquei extremamente chateado
Bad, I was humiliated in this establishment. I went to see some parts to exchange my new baike that I ended up not buying in this place and the one that was there to serve me did little satisfaction to serve me and even criticized the baike that I had bought saying that it was no good, but I still insisted because I wanted to improve my baike like shortening the cable and changing the handlebars and I needed a support for the car, I would buy all this in that place but again the unprepared was evident it seemed that I was asked that I would not pay for the service, they did not even question of showing me the options you need. I was extremely upset
