★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível demora de mais o atendimento eles tem que entender que o tempo das pessoas é precioso e que se estamos lá é por que estamos pagando é injusto ficar aguardando tanto tempo pra ser atendido mais respeito com seus pacientes seria muito melhor
 Horrible delays in care they have to understand that people's time is precious and that if we are there it is because we are paying it is unfair to wait so long to be seen more respect for your patients would be much better

IT'S BEEN ABOUT 5 YEARS ABOUT THE BIOLABOR LABORATORY CHANGE FROM THAT ADDRESS AND THE ADDRESS OF RUA MONTE ALEGRE IS STILL INCLUDED HERE, PLEASE DELETE THAT ADDRESS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nesse laboratório para uma coleta de sangue. Pouca coisa. Estavam ali três mocinhas para efetuar o trabalho. A primeira apareceu para me atender e já me furou duas vezes. Não conseguindo pegar minha veia, chamou uma outra que presume-se, seria a chefe das tres, a qual me furou mais 6 (seis) vezes. A terceira ali também mas nem sequer quis colocar a mão. O pior e o que sempre me enfurece é tentarem esconder sua total capacidade, incompetência dizendo que a veia da gente É RUIM, FUNDA, DANÇARINA, FRÁGIL, ETC..... Minha esposa que é ENFERMEIRA PADRÃO, vendo horrorizada o trabalho das moças, quase se OFERECENDO para fazer o trabalho, que aliás, faz até de olhos vendados! Enfim, saí de lá com o seis furos no braço. Cerca de 10 dias depois, retornei ao local para buscar o resultado do exame. Qual não foi a minha surpresa, quando vi QUE UM EXAME NÃO HAVIA SIDO REALIZADO! NÃO FOI COLHIDO MATERIAL PARA ELE! Falando com a gerente do local, pasme não é?!? Sugeriu que eu fizesse NOVA COLETA! Foi então que soltei todos os cachorros para cima dela! E as tres passaram por mim envergonhadas e encolhidinhas! Não sei como as coisas andam por lá no dia de hoje. Pois após o ocorrido evidentemente JAMAIS apareci e não aparecerei ! Infelizmente um fato horrível que ocorreu comigo! Sempre fui MUITO BEM ATENDIDO em todos os laboratórios BIOLABOR de Sorocaba. Votorantim infelizmente... NÃO DEU !
I was in this lab for a blood draw. Little thing. Three girls were there to do the work. The first one appeared to assist me and has already pierced me twice. Unable to catch my vein, he called another one who presumably would be the head of the three, which pierced me 6 (six) more times. The third one there too but I didn't even want to put my hand. The worst thing and what always infuriates me is they try to hide their full capacity, incompetence saying that our vein is BAD, BAD, DANCER, FRAGILE, ETC.... My wife, who is a STANDARD NURSE, seeing the girls' work in horror , almost OFFERING himself to do the work, which, by the way, he does even blindfolded! Anyway, I left there with the six holes in my arm. About 10 days later, I returned to the site to get the test results. What was my surprise when I saw THAT AN EXAM HAD NOT BEEN PERFORMED! NO MATERIAL HAS BEEN HARVESTED FOR HIM! Talking to the site manager, amazing isn't it?!? Suggested that I do NEW COLLECTION! That's when I released all the dogs on her! And the three passed by me embarrassed and shrunken! I don't know how things are going there today. Because after what happened evidently I NEVER appeared and I will not appear! Unfortunately a horrible fact that happened to me! I have always been VERY WELL SERVICED in all BIOLABOR laboratories in Sorocaba. Votorantim unfortunately... IT WAS NOT GIVEN!
