Poor internet, poor service and do not pay the router because they said they would refund the money if they did not pay their money back but it was just a mistake with me.

I went back to decrease 1 star sometimes I can’t even watch a video on youtube because it’s crashing and my plan is 30 mb and I wanted to increase it more n has availability ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo.. internet sem estabilidade e quase todo dia eu fico na mão. Pedi para trocarem por fibra óptica mas cobram taxa.. Prefiro arriscar e pagar essa taxa para outra operadora
I do not recommend .. internet without stability and almost every day I stay at hand. I asked to exchange for optical fiber but charge a fee .. I prefer to take the risk and pay this fee to another operator

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima provedora de internet, enrolam os clientes o máximo que pode, totalmente sem ética, mais de 10 dias sem internet, e eles dizendo q iria resolver meu problema, das vezes que tentei cancelar me falaram que já ia normalizar e assim foram mais de 1 semana sem internet em casa, no fim quando conseguir cancelar, vinheram me cobrar os dias que usei internet, sendo que nem sequer usei, pois eles não estavam me ofertando o serviço... Ou seja, eles enrolam os clientes, não resolvem o problema e no fim vem cobrar por isso. Acho que o intuito deles já foi esse, enrolar pra no fim vim cobrar mais
Terrible internet provider, they mess with customers as much as they can, totally unethical, more than 10 days without internet, and they saying it would solve my problem, the times I tried to cancel they told me it was going to normalize and so it was more than 1 week without internet at home, at the end, when I manage to cancel, they came to charge me for the days I used the internet, and I didn't even use it, because they weren't offering me the service... That is, they screw up the customers, they don't solve the problem and in the end comes to charge for it. I think their intention was that, to wind up in the end, I came to charge more
