 I loved the cafeteria!! Cozy place, with great service. Menu with many savory and sweet options. I highly recommend the Café Black Ivory Ice Cream and the strawberry tartlets, nest with nutella and lemon!! Super approved and I have already become a loyal customer. ????

Me surpreendi no sentido ruim da palavra. Fui ao estabelecimento pois soube através da torrefação que costumo comprar que la eles trabalhavam com os cafés dele. Chegando lá me acomodei na mesa, depois de alguns minutos sem tato nenhum pediram para que eu fosse na mesa seguinte por ter chegado um outro cliente alegando que eles precisavam manter o espaçamento entre as mesas {se existe essa necessidade de espaço tirem as mesas do lugar, retirem os acentos, ou minimamente marquem com um "X" para sinalizar que não é pra sentar}.
Estava um dia extremamente quente com a loja com apenas 1 ar condicionado ligado e na temperatura 23, o outro ar que tinha estav desligado e a cortina de ar também desligada.
Agora vamos para bebida, pedi o espresso que estava totalmente subextraído, sem crema alguma, e o copinho água "com gás" que acompanha a bebida estava sem gás rs. Minha intenção era experimentar mais coisas do cardápio e poder ter uma boa conversa na mesa que eu estava com o meu tio, porém não foi possível.
Resumindo, lugar extremamente caro, atendimento precário, zero nível de relacionamento com o seu cliente, e o seu produto que deveria ser bom {o café} extremamente ruim!!!!!!!!!!

I was surprised in the bad sense of the word. I went to the establishment because I found out from the roaster that I usually buy that they used to work with his coffees there. Once there I settled at the table, after a few minutes without any tact, they asked me to go to the next table because another customer arrived claiming that they needed to keep the spacing between tables {if there is this need for space, remove the tables , remove the seats, or minimally mark with an "X" to signal not to sit}.
It was an extremely hot day with the store with only 1 air conditioner turned on and at temperature 23, the other air that had been turned off and the air curtain also turned off.
Now let's go to the drink, I ordered the espresso which was totally underextracted, without any crema, and the glass of "sparkling" water that comes with the drink was without gas lol. My intention was to try more things on the menu and be able to have a good conversation at the table I was with my uncle, but it wasn't possible.
In short, extremely expensive place, poor service, zero level of relationship with your customer, and your product that should be good {the coffee} extremely bad!!!!!!!!!!

O atendimento é excelente e todos os funcionários conhecem bem o cardápio, então conseguem auxiliar bastante no seu pedido. Apesar do espaço um pouco pequeno, são pet friendly e possuem duas mesas externas. Já frequentei algumas vezes por se tratar de uma das minhas cafeterias favoritas em Icaraí, então minhas recomendações são o espresso, cappuccino black ivory, misto quente (pão petrópolis, queijo minas meia cura e presunto), bolo funcional de banana com castanhas (sem glúten, lactose e açúcar) e torta brownie tradicional. Os preços dos cafés condizem com a média de outras cafeterias, mas os doces fogem um pouco. Todas as mesas possuem tomadas e há wi-fi disponível. É uma boa opção para trabalha, encontrar com os amigos ou parar para relaxar um pouco. Recomendo bastante!

Coffee prices are in line with the average of other coffee shops, but sweets are a little off. All tables have outlets and Wi-Fi is available. It is a good option for work, meeting with friends or stopping to relax a little. I highly recommend it!
