★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a quase um ano locando um imóvel administrado por esta imobiliária e embora tenha sido tratado com cordialidade os problemas nessa relação são muitos: boletos enviados fora da data (mesmo com diversas solicitações), boletos enviados com cobranças erradas e falta de retorno (ligo diversas vezes pra conseguir falar com alguém que resolva o problema e ninguém retorna a ligação). Não recomendo!
 I am almost a year renting a property managed by this real estate and although it has been treated with cordiality the problems in this relationship are many: tickets sent out of date (even with several requests), tickets sent with wrong charges and lack of return (I call several times to be able to talk to someone who solves the problem and no one returns the call). I do not recommend!

Atendimento simpático, prestativo e eficiente.
Qd há 3 anos finalmente consegui comprar, tb não tive procurações, encontraram um apartamento que era minha cara e dentro das minhas possibilidades. Só fui lá para assinar.
