Houve um atraso na entrega, mas o pior foi
depois de colocado. Os vidros vieram com defeito. Umas manchas que não saem. Esse defeito só aparecem pela manhã, quando o sol incide diretamente nos vidros.Também observei riscos no vidro.
Entrei em contato loja para alguém vir confirmar o defeito e tomar as providências.
Para minha surpresa, a resposta foi que eu recebi e confirmei que estava tudo correto. Recebi as janelas no fim de tarde e não ttinha condições para ver o defeito.
Estou muito triste com a relação pós-vendsa
I haven't had a good experience with Blindebox. Before the purchase I was well attended, we negotiated and bought for a fair price. Good price.
There was a delay in delivery, but the worst was
after placed. Glasses came defective. Some stains that don't come off. This defect only appears in the morning, when the sun shines directly on the glass. I also noticed scratches on the glass.
I contacted the store for someone to come and confirm the defect and take action.
To my surprise, the answer was that I received and confirmed that everything was correct. I received the windows late in the afternoon and was unable to see the defect.
I'm very sad about the post-sales relationship.
