★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de expressar minha indignação sobre um tênis que compre no dia 06/07 na loja BLUE WHITE no Shopping União de Osasco .
Passei pela loja e visualizei o anúncio de promoção de um tênis realmente lindo com o valor de 39.90 entrei pedi o número 22 porque de fato ele pelo formato parecia ser no tamanho certo ,porém a vendedora que por seu nome (Beatriz) me informou que não teria esse número mas 23 que estava na vitrine ,até aí tudo bem eu pedi e ela me informou que não teria troca eu por minha vez concordei e pedi pra olhar o produto pra ver se tinha algum defeito até porque não teria troca .
Chegando em casa já fui experimentar o tênis na criança e percebi que o número 23 não entrava com facilidade até que consegui colocar o tênis e percebi que estava super apertado e não era pouco ,não chegou a ficar nem rente ,realmente não servia ,então pensei ela me disse que não teria troca mais como vou usar um tênis que na prática não é o número 23 ,sei que cada marca tem seu tamanho ,mais os sapatos da criança são entre o 22 e 23 .
Então hoje assim que sair do trabalho em menos de 24h eu dei uma passadinha lá com o sapato ea etiqueta que eu nem violei ,contei do ocorrido mais a funcionária da loja me falou que não poderia trocar ,por ter me avisado ontem ,enfim eu até entendo que quando compramos algo ainda mais se a loja disponibiliza como oferta ela tem o direito de não querer trocar caso você mude de opinião sobre aquele produto,mas porque você comprou o número correto e o sapato tem seu modelo ,mas quando eu comprei eu tinha a convicção que serviria se não nem comprado eu tinha ,até porque não dá pra rasgar dinheiro .
Ai você volta na loja achando que conseguiria ter sucesso na troca já que em uma situação dessas que SIM poderia ter sido resolvida alí mesmo ,podendo trocar o tênis até porque eu só queria o número maior e não o dinheiro de volta .
Minha primeira compra nessa loja ,onde não tive solução e com as palavras" eu te avisei que não tinha troca"",falando em palavras claras você comprou se perdeu não posso fazer nada porque eu avisei que não tinha troca .
Parabéns é assim que no meio da Pandemia vocês conseguiram conquistar cliente não teve o mínimo de empatia comigo .
I would like to express my indignation about a pair of shoes that I buy on 06/07 at the BLUE WHITE store at Shopping União de Osasco.
I went through the store and saw the ad promoting a really beautiful sneaker with a value of 39.90. I entered and asked for the number 22 because in fact it seemed to be the right size because of the format, but the seller who by her name (Beatriz) informed me that she didn't it would have this number but 23 that was in the window, so far so good I asked and she informed me that there would be no exchange I in turn agreed and asked to look at the product to see if there was any defect even because there would be no exchange.
When I got home I tried tennis on the child and I realized that number 23 did not fit easily until I managed to put the shoes on and I realized that it was super tight and it was not little , it was not even close , it really did not fit , so I thought she told me that there would be no exchange anymore as I'm going to wear sneakers that in practice are not number 23, I know that each brand has its own size, but the child's shoes are between 22 and 23.
So today, as soon as I left work in less than 24 hours I stopped by with the shoe and the tag that I didn't even violate, I told of what happened but the store employee told me I couldn't change, because she told me yesterday, anyway I even I understand that when we buy something even more if the store makes it available as an offer, it has the right not to want to change it if you change your mind about that product, but because you bought the correct number and the shoe has your model, but when I bought it I had I had the conviction that it would do if I didn't even buy it, because you can't tear up money.
Then you come back to the store thinking that you could be successful in the exchange, since in a situation like this it could have been resolved right there, and you can change the shoes because I only wanted the bigger number and not the money back.
My first purchase at this store, where I had no solution and with the words "I told you there was no exchange"", in clear words, you bought it if you lost it, I can't do anything because I told you there was no exchange.
Congratulations, this is how, in the middle of the Pandemic, you managed to win over a client, you didn't have the slightest empathy with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu cheguei ontem (15/05) no período da noite na loja, que já estava próxima ao horário de encerramento. Uma vendedora de Olhos Claros (verdes) e cabelos um pouco loiros que nos atendeu. Deixando aqui a minha indignação com o péssimo atendimento que ofertou a mim, ao meu esposo e a minha mãe.
Está vendedora só respondia com o tom de ignorância e deboche, olhava com olhar de desprezo para minha mãe (de onde mora no Piauí), enfim uma verdadeira falta de ética e desrespeito. Sem contar com a pressa em finalizar o atendimento. Enfim já fui outras vezes comprar nesta loja e fui bem atendida, mais ontem fiquei desapontada pelo mal atendimento. Acredito que como seja uma loja específica para o atendimento a crianças e a gestantes deveriam ter um pouco mais de simpatia e educação.
Só finalizei a compra mesmo pq estou de 38 semanas e precisava das roupinhas.
Mais enfim deixo aqui a minha indignação desta vendedora.
I arrived yesterday (05/15) at night at the store, which was already close to closing time. A saleswoman with Light Eyes (green) and a little blond hair who attended to us. Leaving here my indignation with the poor service you offered me, my husband and my mother.
This saleswoman only responded with a tone of ignorance and mockery, looked with contempt at my mother (from where she lives in Piauí), in short, a real lack of ethics and disrespect. Not to mention the rush to finish the service. Anyway, I've been to buy in this store other times and I was well attended, but yesterday I was disappointed by the bad service. I believe that as it is a specific store for children and pregnant women, they should have a little more sympathy and politeness.
I only finalized the purchase because I'm 38 weeks and needed the clothes.
But finally I leave here my indignation of this seller.
