★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção é a palavra-chave. A empresa apresenta frase de empacto: " Movida, mais que um carro". Verdade! "Mais que um carro, muita decepção". Estive na loja de Congonhas e Osasco, e me deparo c o q parece ser padrão de atendimento nas franquias: PÉSSIMO. Funcionários pouco simpáticos e atenciosos. Pouco ou nada proativos e nada dispostos a ouvir o cliente. Nota zero para o atendimento. As frotas de carro vão de ruim a horríveis. Em Congonhas o primeiro carro que nos foi oferecido foi entregue com lama nós tapetes e cheirando a cigarro. INACREDITÁVEL. O segundo carro oferecido cheirava a suor, e tivemos se aceitar pq alegavam não ter outro momento, e o fato de cheirar mau não era motivo o bastante para me oferecer um up grade. (ABSURDO). Posteriormente o carro apresentou falha na embreagem. Os carros na maioria dos velhos com quilometragem alta e não tem kit multimidia aceitável. Um retrocesso no século 21. Uma pena. Primeira e ÚLTIMA experiência com essa presa que muito tem a aprender c sua congênere LOCALIZA.
 Disappointment is the keyword. The company has a catch phrase: "Moved, more than a car." Truth! "More than a car, a lot of disappointment." I was in the store of Congonhas and Osasco, and I come across what seems to be standard service in franchises: Lousy. Unfriendly and attentive staff. Little or nothing proactive and nothing willing to listen to the customer. Zero score for the service. Car fleets go from bad to horrible. In Congonhas the first car we were offered was delivered with mud on us carpets and smelling of cigarettes. UNBELIEVABLE. The second car offered smelled of sweat, and we had to accept because they claimed they had no other time, and the fact that it smelled bad was not reason enough to offer me an up grade. (ABSURD). Subsequently the car failed the clutch. Most old cars have high mileage and no acceptable multimedia kit. A setback in the 21st century. A pity. First and last experience with this prey that has much to learn and its counterpart LOCALIZE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peguei uma promoção a noite e marquei a retirada na loja Osasco para o dia seguinte. Ao comparecer para retirar o carro disseram que a habilitação está vencida sendo que de acordo com o CONTRAM o vencimento é 31/01/2022.
Ao perceber e comunicar tal erro, a Movida sugeriu fazer outra reserva com valor atualizado.
PALHAÇADA!!
I took a promotion at night and scheduled the collection at the Osasco store for the next day. When attending to pick up the car, they said that the license is expired and according to CONTRAM the expiration date is 01/31/2022.
Upon noticing and reporting such an error, Movida suggested making another reservation with an updated value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é fraco, não fazem muita questão de te atender, fora o desdém com o cliente. Faço aluguel de carros nessa unidade pq e a mais próxima infelizmente! Já aconteceu de realizar a reserva as 19:00 chegar às 19:05 e não ter mais ninguém, o local fechado. O que é uma falta de consideração! Se não tem tempo de tolerância não deveriam colocar nesse horário o agendamento!
Service is poor, they don't really care to serve you, apart from the disdain with the customer. I rent a car at this unit because it's the closest unfortunately! It has happened that you make the reservation at 19:00, arrive at 19:05 and there is no one else, the place is closed. What a lack of consideration! If you don't have time for tolerance, you shouldn't put the appointment at that time!

Péssimo atendimento e não resolvem nada, nno atendimento presencial e nem no Sac.
Simplesmente consultam o Cpf sem qualquer autorização, negam a reserva ser qualquer motivo e o pior não te explicam o motivo.
Worst car rental company I have ever met.
Bad service and they don't solve anything, not in person service and not even in the Sac.
They simply consult the Cpf without any authorization, they deny the reservation being any reason and the worst does not explain the reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. 0.45hs. na fila, ainda tem 2 na minha frente. Agendado para 08.30, já são 09.15, só uma atendente em plena segunda feira. Descaso total. A Movida não está nem aí se você está satisfeito ou não. Não alugo mais carro aqui. NUNCA MAIS NUNCA NUNCA NUNCA MAIS.
Awful. 0.45h. in the queue, there's still 2 in front of me. Scheduled for 08.30, it's already 09.15, only one attendant on Monday. Total neglect. Movida doesn't care if you're satisfied or not. I don't rent a car here anymore. NEVER AGAIN NEVER NEVER AGAIN.
