Fui lavar o meu carro que tem 4 meses e foi vitrificado na concessionária, a atendente olhou o carro e falou” a pintura está bem judiada, percebe que tem marcas em que queimou a pintura, por isso recomendamos o serviço xyz” que era 3 vezes o valor, falei que gostaria do serviço simples e ela ficou empurrando o serviço mais caro, de forma grosseira, dizendo que a pintura do carro estava danificada, sendo que ele estava simplesmente sujo. Não recomendo.
Crude, rude, inelegant marketing strategy, poor employee training. I went to wash my car, which is 4 months old and was vitrified at the dealership, the attendant looked at the car and said "the painting is well judged, notice that there are marks on which the painting burned, so we recommend the xyz service" which was 3 times the value, I said that I would like the simple service and she kept pushing the more expensive service, roughly, saying that the car paint was damaged, being that it was simply dirty. I do not recommend.

Levei o carro uma vez e tentaram me empurrar uma limpeza especial para os bancos. Como não aceitei, me trataram de forma rude. Atrasaram 45 min na entrega.
Levei outro dia e o carro estava bem empoeirado (não tinha barro, era só poeira!).
Quando cheguei, antes de me cumprimentar, dois atendentes começaram a rodear o carro e conversar entrei si, como se estivessem bravos.
Após um tempo, vieram até mim e disseram que o carro estava muito sujo e que eu teria que pagar a lavagem com cera (R$ 120,00). Eu disse que queria só a simples, então eles se recusaram a lavar o carro!!!
Conclusão: Lavei o carro em outro lugar, onde fui tratada com respeito e paguei 1/3 do preço.
I do not recommend.
I took the car once and they tried to push me a special cleaning for the seats. As I didn't accept it, they treated me rudely. Delayed 45 min on delivery.
I took it another day and the car was very dusty (there was no clay, it was just dust!).
When I arrived, before greeting me, two attendants started to circle the car and talk to each other, as if they were angry.
After a while, they came to me and said that the car was very dirty and that I would have to pay for washing with wax (R $ 120.00). I said I just wanted the simple one, so they refused to wash the car !!!
Conclusion: I washed the car in another place, where I was treated with respect and paid 1/3 of the price.

Resultado:
Vc chega dizendo que quer um tipo de serviço e eles tentam fazer vc lavar seu carro de um modo totalmente diferente do que vc pediu.
E caso vc recuse a chance do seu carro ser tratado como uma carroça é enorme.
Aliás, até uma carroça é melhor tratada em vários lugares do que lá.
Não indico.
Não recomendo.

You say that you want a type of service and they try to make you wash your car in a totally different way than you asked for.
And if you refuse the chance of your car being treated like a wagon is huge.
