★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente entrei em contato por telefone, devido eu ser de outra cidade busquei ter informação de quanto poderiam pagar no meu carro para que eu pudesse avaliar se compensaria ir ou não a BM, desde o primeiro atendimento o Lucas foi claro e objetivo nas informações, minha esposa foi até a loja, fez um test drive, teve o nosso carro avaliado e fechamos negócio, não fizeram aquela chatice de ficar procurando defeitos no carro para vir querer reduzir o valor depois, foi uma negociação honesta de ambas as partes afinal estávamos negociando carros usados e que sempre tem detalhes.
Gostei muito do atendimento, negociação honesta e justa, estou muito feliz com o carro e peguei e tranquilo com questão da documentação

 First I got in touch by phone, as I come from another city, I tried to have information on how much they could pay in my car so I could assess whether it would pay to go to BM or not, since the first service Lucas was clear and objective in the information, my wife went to the store, did a test drive, had our car evaluated and we closed the deal, they didn't bother looking for defects in the car to come and want to reduce the value later, it was an honest negotiation on both sides, after all, we were negotiating cars used and that always have details.
I really enjoyed the service, honest and fair negotiation, I'm very happy with the car and I got it and calm with the documentation issue
I would definitely do business with BM again

Venho aqui agradecer a equipe Bm veículo Brasil. Em especial ao Lucas com seu conhecimento foi de extrema gentileza e atenção. Ele foi justo e nos ajudou a vender o nosso carro com uma avaliação honesta fiquei muito feliz com Excelente atendimento infelizmente não comprei outro carro com ele. Porém nós atendeu super bem explicou tudo certinho. uma loja super confiável que se interessa atender o que o cliente busca e não visando só obter lucro interno, parabéns vocês são pessoas abençoadas dês de o primeiro dia que nós fomos na loja sem compromisso até o fechamento da venda do nosso carro foram honesto com as informações dadas!!

I come here to thank the Bm Veículo Brasil team. Especially Lucas with his knowledge was of extreme kindness and attention. He was fair and helped us sell our car with an honest appraisal I was very happy with Excellent service unfortunately I didn't buy another car with him. But we attended very well explained everything right. a super trustworthy store that is interested in serving what the customer is looking for and not only seeking internal profit, congratulations you are blessed people, from the first day we went to the store without commitment until the closing of the sale of our car, information given!!
I recommend for sure we did a good deal.

Quando adquiri meu primeiro veículo a negociação foi aprovada com o banco SAFRA com a melhor taxa do mercado, fui embora com meu veículo no mesmo dia. Anos depois, optei em fazer a venda deste veículo, novamente fui atendido de prontidão com a melhor avaliação do mercado, e em menos de duas horas o dinheiro já estava em minha conta. Recomendo!
