★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade dos Lanches Bobs deixou muito a desejar! O lanche é minúsculo, o pão seco, e o que eles chamam de cheedar na verdade é um creme amarelo gema horroroso e amargo. Decepcionada!!!
 The quality of Bobs Snacks left a lot to be desired! The snack is tiny, the bread dry, and what they call cheed is actually a horrible, bitter yellow yolk cream. Disappointed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima, deveria padronizar as pessoas que ficam como gerente, comprei um combo na segunda feira, com barbara o lanche o refri e a casquinha, mas no dia a máquina estava com problemas e o sorvete estava mole, fomos buscar no outro dia, e a atendente disse que precisava falar com o gente ei o uma tal de Nádia Cristina, que me tratou com muito descaso e falta de respeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha 3 atendentes no caixa, porém apenas um estava funcionando. A fila estava enorme. Pedi um big Bob e estava extremamente seco e salgado, impossível de comer. Atendentes mal educadas.

Lanche pequeno, EXTREMAMENTE SALGADO, caro, nem uma folha de alface inteira havia no meu lanche e no de minha sobrinha. O lanche de meu filho estava frio. As carnes pareciam carne de hambúrguer de supermercados com gosto duvidoso. Eu tinha esquecido porque nunca vou ao Bob's e hoje, infelizmente, lembrei. Joguei meu dinheiro no lixo.

Além disso, não fazem a casquinha igual as outras lojas do Bob's. A casquinha não veio com o sorvete dentro, somente na borda. Questionei a funcionária, e ela disse com deboche para que eu reclamasse com a gerente. E a gerente me respondeu, também com deboche, que é assim mesmo, que esse sempre foi esse o procedimento. Porém, na semana anterior, comprei lá e veio a casquinha normal.
