★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pagamento do Daae onde sempre utilizo o servico desta loterica...mas recebi cobranca do orgao e para minha surpresa .....cobraram uma conta q nao é minha....nunca confiro..e neste caso cobraram uma outra conta de outra residência e que fica próxima a propria loteria......ou seja...agora o daae disse q a loterica errou ao digitar e agora nao querem me ressarcir....nem o daae e nem a loterica...portanto nao confiem nesta loterica...2 atendentes foram más educadas e falei q iria procurar o procon...mais uma surpresa...que eu poderia ir que elas tem sempre reclamações iguais ...ou seja...como confiar numa loterica dessa q tem sempre erros.....
I made a payment from Daae where I always use the service of this lottery...but I received a charge from the organ and to my surprise....they charged an account that is not mine....I never check it...and in this case they charged another account from another residence and which is close to the lottery itself......that is...now the daae said that the loterica made a mistake when typing and now they don't want to reimburse me....neither the daae nor the loterica... .so don't trust this lottery...2 attendants were rude and I told them I would look for the procon...one more surprise...I could go because they always have the same complaints...that is...how to trust in a lottery that q always has errors .....

I find it uncomfortable to have to talk through the fully closed glass, difficult to hear and be heard by the attendant
