Solicitei uma através de fotos de inspiração com gostaria que ficasse meu cabelo, porém a profissional não soube usar o tom correto e nem mesmo esfumar a raiz como deveria. Ficou péssimo e estou super frustada com o meu cabelo. O jeito agora é deixar crescer para fazer as mechas novamente para ficar melhor. Solicitei também um corte moderno, e fez algo terrível e que nao combina com o meu rosto. Não tive sorte de pegar uma boa profissional neste salão. Espero que não aconteça isso com outras pessoas.
Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. I requested one through inspirational photos with what I would like my hair to be, but the professional did not know how to use the correct shade and not even smudge the roots as she should have. It looks terrible and I'm super frustrated with my hair. The way now is to let it grow to make the locks again to get better. I also asked for a modern cut, and it did something terrible and it doesn't suit my face. I wasn't lucky enough to get a good professional in this salon. I hope that doesn't happen to other people.

Amazing room, with great facilities and care for the moment we are living. Luiz remains the same sensational hairdresser I've always known. I was his client for 15 years, following him through several salons, and after almost that I found him again today. I wish him and the entire team even more success. ?????

P/ o procedimento de manutenção de mega hair, em menos de 1 semana, todas as faixas começaram a cair, conforme anexos. Alem disso, o procedimento de botox, minha raiz não aderiu ao produto. Enfim, tempo x dinheiro jogado fora. Não recomendo e não voltarei ao local.
Hello good afternoon! I did a series of procedures at this location on 12/23. For the mega hair maintenance procedure, in less than 1 week, all the bands began to fall out, as per the attachments. Also, the botox procedure, my root did not adhere to the product. Anyway, time vs. money wasted. Do not recommend and will not be returning to the site.
