★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the perfect place when you want to get a good fondue and drink a good wine. All the atmosphere of the place is amazing and the piano song makes me feel relax. I'm sure that price is fair for the experience we have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to go during the winter in Sao Paulo. Food is good, all you can eat portions are huge. Be prepared for the waiting time (+90 minutes last time I went there). Some waiters are more helpful than others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is always a chance that you will go there for a nice (?) dinner and have the same experience I had. It is your first time, are you returning? I doubt it.The place is lovely, the service is great but the food is only OK. The wine list is good but they will cost your arms and legs. The valet service is included in the check and they apply an extra % on the total, which I think is not even legally compliant. Good ... once in your life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for groups and family dinner. Interesting mix of fondue and Brazilian traditional meat. The dessert options of fruit with Nutella fondue are really good! In Christmas season, the place is charming and has a lot of ornaments which kids love. Waiters are nice and foreigner-friendly ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a fairytale, winter wonderland like theme. There are several different rooms, one indoor room with a very warm and cozy close knit dining experience. The other room has a greenhouse/ conservatory like semi outdoor area, with surrounding indoor tables. I recommend sitting outdoors here the most. The idea is you cook your own meat and seafood in pots of oil provided. I personally would have opted for a grill as it’s healthier and gives the food more flavour. I particularly recommend their shrimp and filet mignon. Their baby beef isn’t very tender and the chicken is part cooked and not very tasty. They also serve cheese fondues which are also kept warm and perfect for dipping. For dessert I jelly recommend the hazelnut and almond Lindt fondu. You can make song requests to the piano man. I highly recommend a visit for a heartwarming experience.
