â â â â â Sou cliente da Brastemaq hĂĄ anos e nĂŁo tenho absolutamente nada a reclamar deles. SĂŁo super honestos e muito eficientes. JĂĄ cheguei a chamar e quando o tĂ©cnico avaliou, minha mĂĄquina nĂŁo tinha defeito algum, era apenas posicionamento dos pĂ©s, cobraram apenas a taxa de visita.
I have been a Brastemaq customer for years and have absolutely nothing to complain about them. They are super honest and very efficient. I got to call and when the technician evaluated, my machine had no defects, was just positioning of the feet, only charged the visit fee.

â â â â â O tĂ©cnico gastou cerca de 3 segundos para avaliar a minha mĂĄquina de lavar e diagnosticou que deveria ser realizado uma reforma completa no valor de 600 reais. A visita custou 40 reais. A minha impressĂŁo foi de que a intensĂŁo do tĂ©cnico foi apenas a de receber pela visita.

â â â â â Felizmente minha mĂĄquina de lavar roupas saiu da minha residĂȘncia com problema e quando chegou na assistĂȘncia da Brastemaq OtĂĄvio e seu pai JosĂ© Geraldo, realizaram diversos testes e diagnosticaram que a mĂĄquina nĂŁo apresentava nenhum problema. Logo os mesmos me comunicaram que nĂŁo havia necessidade de nenhuma intervenção. NĂŁo cobraram nenhum valor pelos testes realizados para passar o orçamento jĂĄ que nos testes a mĂĄquina funcionou normalmente. Apesar do retorno ter demorado alguns dias devido a alta demanda, foram honestos no atendimento. Recomendo!
