★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 04/08/2016 fechei um serviço com essa empresa que achei ser séria e responsável. quando entrei em contato pela primeira vez foram super educados e atenciosos. Fechamos a confecção de 6 janelas, 2 basculantes e duas portas sendo uma pivotante e uma de correr. O serviço foi muito mal executado, as janelas todas desalinhadas, não fecham direito, estão faltando os acabamentos superiores, o trilho da porta de correr está falando um pedaço (instalaram só com a metade),a porta pivotante está faltando as cantoneiras e esta agarrando no marco de granito. Desde o dia 08/11/2016 estou entrando em contato com o Sr. Aílton que se diz proprietário da empresa para que possamos resolver o problema e até hoje não obtive sucesso. Total descaso com o cliente. Será que é porque não moro na zona sul?
No indico essa empresa á ninguém!
On 08/04/2016 I closed a service with this company that I thought was serious and responsible. when I got in touch for the first time they were super polite and attentive. We closed the making of 6 windows, 2 tilting and two doors, one being pivoting and one sliding. The service was very poorly executed, the windows are all misaligned, they do not close properly, the top finishes are missing, the sliding door track is talking a bit (they installed only with half of it), the pivoting door is missing the angles and it is clinging in the granite frame. Since 11/08/2016 I have been contacting Mr. Aílton who says he is the owner of the company so that we can solve the problem and to this day I have not been successful. Total neglect with the customer. Is it because I don't live in the south?
I do not recommend this company to anyone!
