Temos q ficar correndo atrás dos vendedores. comprei Material aí pra vcs me entregar, nem me avisaram e meu material estava sendo entregue. Isso é descaso com os cliente... Independente de gastarmos aí 170 reais ou menos merecemos respeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente insatisfeita com a entrega, fiz um pedido na terça com entrega programada para quinta feira, foram entregar a chapa não levaram a máquina de cartão, voltaram com o material disseram que iriam entregar na sexta na primeira entrega, chegaram as 14hrs com a maquininha com defeito, não conseguiram passar o cartão e voltaram novamente com a chapa e eu fiquei sem a mercadoria, total descomprometido com o cliente... nunca mais compro lá!
Totally dissatisfied with the delivery, I placed an order on Tuesday with delivery scheduled for Thursday, they went to deliver the plate, they did not take the card machine, they returned with the material they said they would deliver it on Friday in the first delivery, they arrived at 14:00 with the machine with defect, they couldn't swipe the card and they came back again with the plate and I was left without the merchandise, totally uncommitted to the customer... I'll never buy there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal. Estive aqui na madeiras alba dia 27.08.2020. Fui super bem atendido. Eu precisava de cortes específicos de mdf. Eles fazem. A vendedora Carol foi muito atenciosa. Resolveu todas as minhas dúvidas, me mostrou o plano de corte. E o preço é beeeemmm mais barato do que a outra loja que fui na lindemberg. Então na hora de comprar placas de mdf na grande vitória, confiram essa loja. Pra mim valeu muito a pena, preço e atendimento. Aaaaa... Esqueci de contar que outra vantagem é que eles entregam seu material cortado no seu endereço. Que super. Adorei.
Folks. I was here at woods alba on 27.08.2020. I was very well attended. I needed specific cuts of mdf. They do. Salesperson Carol was very attentive. It solved all my doubts, showed me the cut plan. And the price is beeeemmm cheaper than the other store I went to in lindemberg. So when it comes to buying mdf boards in the big win, check out this store. For me it was very worth it, price and service. Aaaaa ... I forgot to mention that another advantage is that they deliver your cut material to your address. How super. I loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuado pedido de vários cortes de madeiras no dia 23/05 e após o prazo de entrega, entrei em contato com a vendedora no dia 01/06 solicitando posicionamento da minha entrega. Fui informada pela vendedora que meu pedido não havia ido se quer para o corte, estava parado na mesa dela. Desde do inicio a vendedora se demonstrou totalmente despreparada no atendimento, não sabia fazer o que eu estava solicitando e depois de vários questionamento pediu ajuda a outro vendedor. Entrei em contato com a empresa na data de hoje o qual a atendente me transferiu para a vendedora. Enfim, hoje tentei novamente conversar com a vendedora sobre meu pedido e a mesma não sabia nem do que se tratava, depois de varias conversas a vendedora se atentou ao meu pedido e novamente me disse que não havia ido para o corte, a vendedora é tão despreparada que não sabia nem conversar pelo telefone e desligou a ligação. Retornei novamente a ligação e solicitei que o responsável pelo setor de vendas entrasse em contato comigo com prioridade e o retorno não aconteceu. Enfim, meu pedido se encontra devidamente pago, estou sem os produtos e a EMPRESA (RESPONSAVEL) NÃO RETORNA A LIGAÇÃO PARA UM POSICIOANEMTO. ESTOU MUITO INSATISFEITA E DECEPCIONADA PELO ATENDIMENTO E ESPERO QUE SEJA RESOLVIDO O MAS BREVE POSSIVEL PARA NÃO HAVER MAIORES TRANSTORNOS
Made an order for several wood cuts on the 23/05th and after the delivery deadline, I contacted the seller on the 01/06th requesting placement of my delivery. I was informed by the saleswoman that my order had not gone to the cut, it was standing on her table. From the beginning, the salesperson was totally unprepared in the service, she didn't know how to do what I was requesting and after several questions she asked another salesperson for help. I contacted the company on today's date which the attendant transferred me to the seller. Anyway, today I tried again to talk to the seller about my order and she didn't even know what it was about, after several conversations the seller paid attention to my order and again told me that it had not gone to the cut, the seller is so unprepared who didn't even know how to talk on the phone and hung up. I returned the call again and asked the person responsible for the sales sector to contact me with priority and the return did not happen. Anyway, my order is duly paid, I am out of products and the COMPANY (RESPONSIBLE) DOES NOT RETURN THE CALL TO A POSICIOANEMTO. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND I HOPE THAT IT WILL BE RESOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THERE ARE NO GREATER DISORDERS
