Após conseguir assistência (com muita dificuldade e quase um mês depois) retiraram o produto e não me posicionaram sobre o retorno. Mais uma vez tive que cobrar o prazo de retorno, sendo esse extremamente alto para (45 dias). Não recomendo, entendo que problemas podem acontecer, mas o suporte pro produto chega a ser ridículo.
I had a problem with the product in less than a year. In addition to the problem I had a BAD after-sales, I had to send an email and keep calling and charging. After getting assistance (with great difficulty and almost a month later) they removed the product and did not position me about the return. Once again I had to charge the return period, which was extremely high (45 days). I don't recommend it, I understand that problems can happen, but the support for the product is ridiculous.
