★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima . Agiram de má fé desde a chegada ao balcão. O recepcionista tentou passar o valor do aluguel do carro em um dos meus cartões e o aluguel já havia sido pago a viajemos.com. Dei o cartão porque pensei tratar-se de caução como é de rotina nos outros alugueis que fiz pois viajo todos os anos. Foi solicitado outro cartão e ele tentou novamente passar o valor total do aluguel que novamente foi rejeitado. Então ele passou o valor de 450 dolares que foi aceito pelo meu cartão. Aluguei uma mini van dodge caravan . Após assinar o contrato e o condutor reserva também assinou, ele nos entregou as chaves e disse um numero onde estaria o carro. Estava com meus pais idosos de 90 e 85 anos, indo visitar meu irmão em Carolina do Sul, após 6 horas de voo do Brasil para Miami . Não nos acompanhou até o carro e ficamos rodando entre tantos carros a procura do nosso. Então achamos o numero que ele nos deu e vi que era uma Ford Expedition e não uma dodge. Achei que não deveriam ter a dodge e por isso estavam me dando esse carro.
Se tivesse pesquisando antes de alugar não alugaria nessa empresa pois 90% das pessoas numa das pesquisas de satisfação disseram ser uma empresa ruim. Agora chegou a conta do meu cartão. Paguei 4.200 reais pelo aluguel da mini van dodge e eles cobraram em cima mais 1.980 reais. Irei recorrer judicialmente. Nota zero
Terrible. They have acted in bad faith since arriving at the counter. The receptionist tried to pass the rent value on one of my cards and the rent had already been paid to viajemos.com. I gave the card because I thought it was a deposit as it is routine in the other rents I made because I travel every year. We requested another card and he tried again to pass the full amount of the rent which again was rejected. So he passed the $ 450 value that was accepted by my card. I rented a mini van dodge caravan. After signing the contract and the reserve driver also signed, he handed us the keys and said a number where the car would be. I was with my elderly parents of 90 and 85 years, going to visit my brother in South Carolina, after a 6 hour flight from Brazil to Miami. He did not accompany us to the car and we were running between so many cars looking for ours. Then we found the number he gave us and I saw that it was a Ford Expedition and not a dodge. I figured they should not have the dodge and that's why they were giving me this car.
If you had been researching before renting, you would not rent at this company because 90% of people in one of the satisfaction surveys said they were a bad company. Now my card has arrived. I paid 4,200 reais for the rental of the mini van dodge and they charged over 1,980 reais. I'll file a lawsuit. Zero Note
