★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma bagunça, reservei para meu marido, para pegar o carro dia 08/07/21 às 12 horas, no aeroporto internacional de Belém, só tinha um funcionário atendendo e uma fila de clientes para serem atendidos, os quais após longa espera foram levados para loja da empresa, onde teve outra longa espera e muita irritação, só um funcionário pra atender. Enfim, NÃO RECOMENDO, é um desrespeito e incitação a aglomeração. Empresa Desorganizada e sem respeito e profissionalismo com os clientes.
A mess, I booked it for my husband, to pick up the car on 07/08/21 at 12 noon, at the international airport in Belém, there was only one employee attending and a queue of customers to be served, who after a long wait were taken to company store, where there was another long wait and a lot of irritation, only one employee to attend. Anyway, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, it is disrespectful and an incitement to agglomeration. Disorganized company and without respect and professionalism with customers.
