★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é muito espaçoso e limpo. A equipe é educada e o lanche é maravilhoso! Foi a primeira experiência e a impressão inicial foi ótima.
 The place is very spacious and clean. The staff is polite and the snack is wonderful! It was the first experience and the initial impression was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui em dia de semana, e o local estava vazio. Praticamente não fui atendido já que fiz meu pedido pelo totem. O lanche estava delicioso, só não dou 5 estrelas por que as batatas estavam um pouco murchas. Mas no geral vale muito a pena, o sabor do smash burguer é inacreditável de gostoso.
I went on a weekday and the place was empty. I was practically not answered since I made my request through the totem. The snack was delicious, the only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the potatoes were a little soggy. But overall it's really worth it, the taste of the smash burger is unbelievable.

Compramos lanches, batatas e refrigerante refil.
Ao retirarmos os lanches, solicitamos por ketchup... a funcionária alegou que o fornecedor não entregou.
Ao me direcionar até a máquina de coca cola, o líquido que estava saindo era uma água escura, mais clara do que o próprio refrigerante.
Depois de termos finalizado os lanches, nos dirigimos ao caixa para solicitar sobremesa... e pasmem... não tinham sobremesas....
Durante o tempo que estivemos sentados... pelo menos 3 pedintes entraram no estabelecimento nos abordando. Um pedindo dinheiro, outro oferecendo produtos... bem desagradável.
Até que um deles estava querendo cumprimentar meu marido, que no momento estava comendo (ou seja sem máscara) e o mesmo insistia em ficar lá... lado a lado.. até que um segurança do empreendimento viu que meu marido se exaltou falando que era pandemia, para ele não se aproximar, e o segurança foi retirar o dito cujo.
Infelizmente não foi uma boa experiência. Moro próximo, deixarei de ir, uma pena... o lanche é gostoso... mas não recomendo pois essa ultima visita não foi bacana.
We went for the second time on yesterday's (24/01/2022) around 8pm
We bought snacks, potatoes and soda refills.
When we removed the snacks, we asked for ketchup... the employee claimed that the supplier did not deliver.
When I walked to the coca cola machine, the liquid that was coming out was dark water, clearer than the soda itself.
After we had finished the snacks, we went to the cashier to order dessert... and amazed... they didn't have desserts....
During the time we were seated... at least 3 beggars entered the establishment accosting us. One asking for money, the other offering products... very unpleasant.
Until one of them wanted to say hello to my husband, who was currently eating (that is, without a mask) and he insisted on staying there... side by side... until a security guard at the enterprise saw that my husband got excited saying that it was a pandemic, so he wouldn't get close, and the security guard went to remove the said whose.
Unfortunately it was not a good experience. I live nearby, I'll stop going, a pity... the snack is delicious... but I don't recommend it because this last visit was not nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda presente no local, venho expressar meu desgosto pelo atendimento recebido por parte a Claudinéia, toda autoritária, mandando nos outros funcionários até achei que era a gerente do local.
Pedi a gentileza para Cleonice de pedir para fazer meu lanche sem cebolas, "foto" ela estava indo conferir meu lanche quando foi barrada pela Claudinéia, - deixa o dele que eu resolvo, vai arrumar a máquina. Sim, sem por favor nem obrigado.
Quando recebi o lanche, estava repleto de cebola, o que tornou o sabor horrível.
Parabéns por estraga uma experiência incrível que tive no Bullguer da República-SP.
Still present at the place, I come to express my displeasure at the service received by Claudinéia, all authoritarian, ordering the other employees, I even thought she was the manager of the place.
I asked Cleonice to be kind enough to ask me to make my lunch without onions, "photo" she was going to check my lunch when Claudinéia stopped her, - leave his and I'll fix it, go fix the machine. Yes, no please or thank you.
When I got the snack it was full of onions which made it taste awful.
Congratulations for spoiling an amazing experience I had at Bullguer da República-SP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe é totalmente perdida, fiquei impressionada porque já era cliente do Bullguer da República, onde percebo que tem menos pessoal e a entrega da comida é muito mais rápida, eu decidi pedir a novidade o Chicken Hot Honey, já que conhecia os outros lanches, foi a maior decepção que tive no Bullguer, eles colocaram uma gota de molho no lanche e o que fez que ficasse muito mais ardido, pois a ideia de por mel no lanche não me agrada como sugeriram!
O atendimento foi bem mais ou menos e a espera foi bem grande!
O valor não vale tudo isso, no mesmo prédio tem um Steak House no fundo que é muito melhor e mais gostoso!
The team is totally lost, I was impressed because I was already a customer of Bullguer da República, where I notice that they have less staff and the food delivery is much faster, I decided to order the new Chicken Hot Honey, since I knew the other snacks, it was the biggest disappointment I had at Bullguer, they put a drop of sauce in the snack and that made it much hotter, because the idea of putting honey in the snack doesn't please me as they suggested!
The service was more or less and the wait was very long!
The value is not worth all that, in the same building there is a Steak House in the background that is much better and tastier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço é legal! Muitas mesas, inclusive ao ar livre, lanche bom, batata. Tudo ok. Atendimento tambem. Mas não tinha álcool em em gel em nenhum lugar do restaurante. Nem nas mesas, entrada... nada.. algo fácil de corrigir. ; )
Space is cool! Many tables, including outdoors, good snacks, potatoes. Everything is OK. Service too. But there was no alcohol in gel anywhere in the restaurant. Not even at tables, entrance... nothing... something easy to fix. ; )
