Estabelecimento totalmente despreparado para atender o público.
Fomos comemorar o aniversário da minha esposa no local avisamos que levariamos 30 pessoas.
O rodízio vc recebe a entrada após meia hora de esperar, aí quando fazíamos os pedidos não recebia correto, e ainda vinheram e falaram que não iria mais ter rodízio que agora seria lanche do cardápio, como você paga por um serviço que não recebe, depois de várias conversas e ameaça de chamar a viatura e sair sem pagar, pois perante o cód de defesa do consumidor o estabelecimento não pode cobrar por um serviço não prestado.
Pensem muito em ir neste local, recomendo apenas para quem está de dieta é um ótimo lugar para fazer regime...

Establishment totally unprepared to serve the public.
We went to celebrate my wife's birthday at the place we said we would take 30 people.
The carvery you receive the entrance after half an hour of waiting, then when we made the orders it was not received correctly, and they still came and said that they would no longer have a carvery that would now be a snack on the menu, how do you pay for a service that you don't receive, then of several conversations and threat to call the car and leave without paying, because under the consumer protection code, the establishment cannot charge for a service not provided.
Think a lot about going to this place, I recommend it only for those on a diet, it's a great place to diet...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avaliei com 1 estrela por que não tem a opção de dar nenhuma. Fomos em 14 pessoas, comemorar um aniversário, e solicitamos que fosse rodízio, porém, tive que cancelar o meu e de mais 4 pessoas o rodízio, pois não tivemos o serviço, fizemos o pedido por volta das 20:20 e até as 22:00 o nosso pedido ainda não havia sido entregue, só entregavam batata e polenta frita, e nada dos lanches chegar.. o Restante do pessoal se comeram 4 mini burguers foram muito, e foram obrigados a pagar o valor inteiro do rodízio, sendo que não obtiveram o serviço de rodízio de “mini burguers”.. Alegaram estar com problema na churrasqueira, e ainda assim cobraram o valor inteiro e nem serviram o que prometido. Fora que o atendimento é muito desorganizado. Péssimo atendimento e não recomendo. Confesso ficar revoltada com a capacidade de cobrar 59,90 por um serviço que se quer foi prestado! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já havia visitado o local no endereço antigo e havia tido uma ótima experiencia.
Fui visitar o novo salão, bem localizado, bem decorado e aconchegante.
Mas infelizmente a experiência deixou a desejar. O local estava cheio, havia apenas dois atendentes, um rapaz e uma moça. O rapaz é simpático, início meu atendimento e optamos pelo rodízio. A moça não demonstrou simpatia e boa vontade no restante do atendimento.
De início mandaram batatas e polenta, a polenta não estava bem cozida por dentro e não estava muito boa. A batata é ondulada e apesar se não ter nada muito diferente, estava boa.
Infelizmente a experiência no rodízio foi bem ruim, os primeiros lanches demoraram a chegar ( da a impressão que a ideia é que o cliente se satisfaça consideravelmente com as entradas para consumir menos hambúrgueres, até aí ok, estratégia da casa ) , primeiro mandaram os lanches na baguete, e ambos estavam muito bons.
Depois começou a saga, demorou cerca de 30 min para vir a próxima rodada com hambúrguer, isso pois tivemos que sinalizar a atendente, senão teria demorado mais. Os hambúrgueres um deles veio exatamente como descrito no cardápio, o outro não tinha alguns dos ingredientes. O pao é muito grande em comparação a carne do hambúrguer, a experiência foi bem decepcionante. Depois, mais uma demora de ao menos 25 min até chegar os próximos lanches que novamente pedimos á garçonete.
Conclusão final é que o rodízio tinha tudo pra ser ótimo, porém não funciona, a casa não sabe oferecer um bom serviço com o rodízio, a fica para quem for visitar, é não optar pelo rodízio e sim pelos lanches tradicionais.
I had already visited the place at the old address and had a great experience.
I went to visit the new salon, well located, well decorated and cozy.
But unfortunately the experience left something to be desired. The place was full, there were only two attendants, a boy and a girl. The guy is friendly, I start my service and we opt for the carvery. The girl did not show sympathy and goodwill in the rest of the service.
At first they sent potatoes and polenta, the polenta was not well cooked inside and was not very good. The potato is wavy and despite not having anything very different, it was good.
Unfortunately, the experience at the rodizio was very bad, the first snacks took a while to arrive (the idea is that the customer is considerably satisfied with the starters to consume less hamburgers, so far ok, house strategy), first they sent the snacks in the baguette, and both were very good.
Then the saga began, it took about 30 minutes for the next round with hamburgers to come, because we had to signal the attendant, otherwise it would have taken longer. The hamburgers one of them came exactly as described on the menu, the other one lacked some of the ingredients. The bread is very big compared to the meat in the hamburger, the experience was quite disappointing. Then, another delay of at least 25 minutes until the next snacks arrive, which we ask again from the waitress.
Final conclusion is that the rodízio had everything to be great, but it doesn't work, the house doesn't know how to offer a good service with the rodízio, the one that is left for those who visit, is not to opt for the rodízio but for the traditional snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje eu passei lá para conhecer a lancheteria. Poxa, rodízio de hambúrguer, quem n ficaria maravilhado?
Pois então... Não foi tudo isso não. 2/3 dos lanches eram pão praticamente puro, você comia a carne em uma única mordida, isso que vc a encontrava escondida ali no meio. Os lanches estilo baguete eram bem melhores, mas não dá pra esconder meu descontentamento.
Não recomendo o rodízio deles!
Talvez se for visitar e optar somente por um único lanche seja melhor. Sobre o rodízio eu não os aconselho.
Today I went there to visit the snack bar. Heck, hamburger rodizio, who would be delighted?
Well then... It wasn't all that. 2/3 of the snacks were practically pure bread, you ate the meat in a single bite, that's what you found hidden there in the middle. The baguette-style snacks were much better, but I can't hide my displeasure.
I don't recommend their rodizio!
Maybe if you go to visit and just opt for a single snack, it's better. About the rotation I do not advise them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é bem aconchegante, a garçonete não é muito simpática, falta o espírito de servir, mas ok.
Tem música ao vivo, o rodízio é somente de domingo à quinta. É bom frisar!
Meu copo estava com cheiro de cachorro molhado e estava com marcas de dedos ( espero que seja ).
A porção onion rings é muito boa, quentinha, crocante. Muito boa.
A de bata ondulada é normal, nada de mais.
O pão do lanche é ótimo, a carne é boa também mas o que eu pedi (vila Augusta) não tem muita graça, falta algum molho, o lanche pimentas é muito bom. Pedi H2O não tinha a tradicional aí sugeriram 2 sabores, pedi um, veio outro pq tbm não tinha o que escolhi. Ok relevei. Aí pra finalizar pedi petit Gateau e esperei, a garçonete veio e me disse ... que não tinha tbm. Kkkk
Bom talvez eu volte no rodízio pra ver se compensa mas não foi tão ruim assim.
The place is very cozy, the waitress is not very friendly, lacks the spirit of serving, but ok.
There is live music, the rodízio is only from Sunday to Thursday. It's good to emphasize!
My cup smelled like a wet dog and had fingerprints on it (hopefully).
The onion rings portion is very good, hot, crunchy. Very good.
The one in the wavy gown is normal, nothing much.
The bread for the snack is great, the meat is good too, but what I ordered (Vila Augusta) is not much fun, it lacks some sauce, the peppers snack is very good. I ordered H2O there was not the traditional one, they suggested 2 flavors, I ordered one, another came because I didn't have what I chose. Ok I relieved. Then to finish I ordered petit Gateau and I waited, the waitress came and told me ... that there was no one. Hahahaha
Well maybe I'll go back to the rotation to see if it pays off but it wasn't that bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA!!!!...E o anti profissionalismo continua, meu esposo deu o tão esperado feedback q vcs tanto prezam e vcs simplesmente se esquivaram de todas as reclamações. Eu realmente fico chateada pq fomos nós q vivenciamos a situação e pegamos pelo NÃO serviço publicado nas redes, se eu tivesse visto esse comentários antes com certeza não teria ido. Só mais uma coisa essa "sobremesa" q vcs oferecem não se oferece nem pra um cachorro...olha aí a real do q é servido.
TERRIBLE!!!!... And the anti-professionalism continues, my husband gave the long-awaited feedback that you guys value so much and you simply dodged all the complaints. I'm really upset because we were the ones who experienced the situation and got the NO service posted on the networks, if I had seen these comments before I certainly wouldn't have gone. Just one more thing, this "dessert" that you offer is not even offered to a dog...look at the real thing that is served.

No dia 18/03 visitamos a Lancheteria Guarulhos, foi uma experiência legal, houveram pequenos erros, mas hoje dia 26/03 fomos convidados para visitar novamente e ter uma outra experiência, um dos sócios o Rodrigo nos convidou para ter essa incrível experiência novamente.
Fomos recebidos por ele que tem a alma do negócio, a Fernanda e uma das meninas que esquecemos o nome e vamos corrigir depois, foram muito educadas e atenciosas.
Começamos pela entrada e gentilmente nos ofereceram os molhos da casa e os lanches de pernil(o pernil da Silmara, que eu amei, melhor que o do Estadão), que eu recomendo pedir para experimentar tanto os molhos quanto os lanches.
Depois nos serviram as entradas com os hamburgueres coloridos, incríveis! Após nos serviram as porções a de calabresa com cebola é a melhor que eu comi até agora, muito bem temperada! E bem servida, valeu muito a pena.
A beleza do lugar me agrada demais, é lindo, vale a pena levar a família e os amigos, para seu aniversário ou só um fds de boa comida, para qualquer momento, vá a Lancheteria pq lá é como diz, "Esquece fast food, é tudo de verdade"
Com certeza iremos voltar com muita fome e alegria. Obrigado a todos! Sucesso!

On 03/18 we visited Lancheteria Guarulhos, it was a nice experience, there were small mistakes, but today 03/26 we were invited to visit again and have another experience, one of the partners Rodrigo invited us to have this amazing experience again.
We were welcomed by him, who has the soul of the business, Fernanda and one of the girls whose name we forgot and we will correct later, they were very polite and attentive.
We started at the entrance and they kindly offered us the house sauces and ham snacks (Silmara's ham, which I loved, better than Estadão's), which I recommend ordering to try both the sauces and the snacks.
Then they served us the starters with the colorful burgers, amazing! After serving us the portions, the pepperoni with onion is the best I've had so far, very well seasoned! And well served, it was well worth it.
The beauty of the place pleases me a lot, it's beautiful, it's worth taking your family and friends, for your birthday or just a weekend of good food, for any moment, go to Lancheteria because there, as it says, "Forget fast food, it's all real"
We will definitely come back very hungry and happy. Thank you all! Success!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falam muito de lá o atendimento é bom, não tenho do qué reclamar, todavia, os pães usados nos mini hambúrgueres estavam duros e secos. A bebida eé gostosa, mas nada de mais é limão com leite condensado! Os lanche doce. Não curti muito pois. O de chocolate parecia pasta de gordura com sabor chocolate. Nada mais
They talk a lot about there, the service is good, I have nothing to complain about, however, the buns used in the mini hamburgers were hard and dry. The drink is delicious, but nothing else is lemon with condensed milk! Sweet snacks. I didn't like it very much. The chocolate one looked like chocolate-flavored fat paste. Nothing else
