★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente muito aconchegante, mas houve três pontos que não foram positivos, por isso as três estrelas. Primeiro, pedi uma pizza meio a meio e foii cobrado o preço dela inteira como sendo a mais cara, o que não é comum, pelo menos em São Paulo onde estou estava acostumado a comer. Segundo, por ser a primeira pizza da noite, a massa estava boa por baixo, mas levemente crua por dentro. Já tive pizzaria e sei que ajustando a temperatura do forno, mesmo que para a primeira pizza, se corrige isso facilmente. Terceiro, no cardápio é dito em vários lugares diferentes que não são cobrados os 10% e a conta veio com o adicional a caneta e somado. Quando questionei o garçom ele me disse que era opcional. Perguntei se ele dependia disso para receber e ele disse que sim. Optei por pagar, mas não gostei nem um pouco do posicionamento da empresa. Se não cobra os 10%, não cobra e ponto. Não tem de ficar tentando empurrar na conta de maneira que parece que o consumidor está sendo pão duro/mão de vaca em não querer pagar. Os proprietários deveriam rever estes pontos, pq a casa é muito aconchegante e a comida muito boa.
Very cozy atmosphere, but there were three points that were not positive, hence the three stars. First, I ordered a half and half pizza and was charged the full price as the most expensive, which is not common, at least in São Paulo where I'm used to eating. Second, as it was the first pizza of the night, the crust was good underneath, but slightly raw on the inside. I've had a pizzeria and I know that adjusting the oven temperature, even for the first pizza, can easily be corrected. Third, on the menu it says in several different places that the 10% is not charged and the bill came with the extra in pen and added. When I questioned the waiter he told me it was optional. I asked if he depended on it to receive and he said yes. I chose to pay, but I didn't like the company's positioning at all. If you don't charge the 10%, don't charge and period. You don't have to keep trying to push the bill in a way that makes it look like the consumer is being tight-fisted in not wanting to pay. The owners should review these points, because the house is very cozy and the food is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As pizzas são esplêndidas. Porém, nesse dia, pedi uma burrata que achei que veio com pouco molho pesto. Mas o que me chateou foi o fato de colocarem em todas as páginas do cardápio que não cobram 10% do garçom (inclusive na própria conta) porém cobram sim! No mínimo deveriam retirar do cardápio tal informação. Lastimável.
Edit - Porque colocar em todas as páginas do cardápio que não cobram 10%? É claro que não é obrigatório, não é, por força de lei (Lei 13.419). Nenhum restaurante pode obrigar o consumidor a pagar os 10%. O que não gostei foi que em todas as páginas do cardápio fala que não cobram 10%, e no final veio a sugestão dos 10%, igual todos os restaurantes, porque nenhum pode obrigar. Ou seja, assim como todos os restaurantes no Buon Gustaio você também paga os 10% "do garçom".
The pizzas are superb. But that day I ordered a burrata which I thought came with little pesto sauce. But what bothered me was the fact that they put on every page of the menu that they don't charge 10% of the waiter (including on their own bill) but they do charge! At the very least, they should remove such information from the menu. Regrettable.
Edit - Why put on all menu pages that don't charge 10%? Of course it is not mandatory, it is not, by force of law (Law 13,419). No restaurant can force the consumer to pay the 10%. What I didn't like was that on every page of the menu it says that they don't charge 10%, and in the end came the suggestion of 10%, like all restaurants, because none can oblige. In other words, like all restaurants in Buon Gustaio you also pay the 10% "waiter".
