Terrible service, I ordered a lunch box, 3 hours without any response, there's no need to mention that I didn't have lunch, really bad service, because I couldn't even get in touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, pois até outros restaurantes conseguem atender mais rápido; e, a porção de batata é uma piada.Despencou o nível de qualidade. Esperar o prato demora em torno de 20 minutos e receber isso.. Seria melhor vender o ponto pra quem quer trabalhar e oferecer no mínimo melhor.
Terrible service, as even other restaurants are able to serve faster; and, the potato portion is a joke. The quality level plummeted. Waiting for the dish takes around 20 minutes and receiving it... It would be better to sell the item to those who want to work and offer at least better.

Perguntamos no ato dos realizar os pedidos se a parmegiana de beringela era empanada, a atendente informou que sim. Quando chegou o pedido não era. Achei o risotto quatro queijos um pouco sem tempero.
Service is fast, and there are vegetarian options. Dishes are well served.
We asked when ordering if the eggplant parmigiana was breaded, the attendant said yes. When the order arrived it was not. I found the four-cheese risotto a little lacking in seasoning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida horrível, infelizmente deixou muito a desejar, pedimos um medalhão ao molho madeira com risoto de carne seca e brócolis, a carne estava boa mas o molho super aguado e o gosto não era muito bom, o risoto era horrível, tinha um gosto de azedo e sem tempera algum, parecia que só tinha sido temperado com sal, a única coisa que salvou foram os brócolis que estavam bom, literalmente a comida não era boa, tanto que acordei agora 00:56 com ânsia e tenho certeza que foi a comida!
Com certeza não pediremos nunca mais!!!!!
Horrible food, unfortunately it left a lot to be desired, we ordered a medallion in Madeira sauce with dried beef and broccoli risotto, the meat was good but the sauce was super watery and the taste was not very good, the risotto was horrible, it tasted sour and without any seasoning, it looked like it had only been seasoned with salt, the only thing that saved it was the broccoli which was good, literally the food was not good, so much so that I woke up now at 00:56 with anxiety and I'm sure it was the food!
We will definitely never order again!!!!!
