Entrei, tive que ir atrás de uma funcionária que não me atendeu, parecia ocupada com outras coisas como arrumar a loja quando na verdade a prioridade deveria ser o cliente. Sério preguiça, vou comprar na Farfetch mesmo, a gente vai na loja pra ter a experiência, ver o produto, criar relação com a marca… e por causa de funcionários mal treinados perde a relação marca, a vontade de consumir e o interesse pelo produto
