★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday Me and My husband had the most terrible experience at any luxury brand store... When we came in the store they locked us in like we were some thief... They didn t really pay attention to us, when we asked for the price one of the crew worker just show me the price. We noticed when we wanted to go out that they opened the door with the keys and let the door open after we were out! I m sorry, I work in luxury brand in France and I ve never done something like that in my life... Maybe because I used to work for Hermès, I never noticed how Gucci could be so low with service! Thank you for this great experience, we will never come back at the store again. We love Gucci and what you did yesterday wasn t Gucci
