★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento inicial na loja é muito bom, vendedores solícitos e cordiais. O problema enorme é o pós venda: não respondem no WhatsApp e quando respondem fazem isso semanas depois. Não cumprem os prazos combinados, o alfaiate já chegou a errar a medida da bainha da calça. Enfim, o atendimento deveria ser impecável do início ao fim pelo que a loja é.
The initial service in the store is very good, helpful and cordial salespeople. The huge problem is after sales: they don't respond on WhatsApp and when they do, they do it weeks later. They do not meet the agreed deadlines, the tailor has already made a mistake in the measurement of the hem of the pants. Anyway, the service should be impeccable from start to finish for what the store is.
