★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi surpreendida positivamente, depois de diversas experiências ruins em outras unidades, nessa fui bem atendida, o lanche veio saboroso e bem montado, e pela primeira mandaram sem o picles que havia solicitado ! :) obrigada pessoal!
 Was surprised positively, after several bad experiences in other units, this was well attended, came the snack tasty and well set up and the first sent without the pickles that had requested! :) thank you people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento de redes de Fast food muda muito dependendo do local. Nessa unidade do BK não poderia ser diferente. Os atendentes estão sempre sorrindo, são solícito e com uniformes sempre limpos ( o que é raro em algumas unidades, uniformes sujos não são nada convidativos e causa um certo receio). O ambiente é sempre muito limpo, mesas limpas e disponibilidade de papéis.
The service of fast food chains changes a lot depending on the location. In this unit of BK it could not be different. The attendants are always smiling, helpful and always in clean uniforms (which is rare in some units, dirty uniforms are not at all inviting and cause a certain fear). The environment is always very clean, tables clean and paper availability.

Fui no restaurante comprar uma batata e a moça estava lavando a máquina de sorvete com o carrinho de lavar o pano de chão! Parecia tão despreocupada que acredito que tudo seja feito da forma mais porca possível naquela loja!!!
Disgusting shop! I do not recommend!
I went to the restaurant to buy a potato and the girl was washing the ice cream machine with the trolley to wash the floor cloth! She looked so carefree that I believe everything is done in the most nutty way possible in that store!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente sempre com aspecto de boa higiene, respeitando bem os protocolos de segurança para o Covid-19. O lanche costuma demorar um pouco mais que em outros restaurantes da rede, mas é algo que vale a pena, sempre muito saboroso e feito no capricho. Todos os funcionários são muito bem educados e atenciosos.
Environment always with a good hygiene aspect, respecting the safety protocols for Covid-19. The snack usually takes a little longer than in other restaurants of the chain, but it is something worthwhile, always very tasty and done on a whim. All the staff are very polite and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Pedi pelo IFood esperei o tempo de 1 hora de preparo. Depois de 20 minutos além do prazo previsto de entrega cancelaram o pedido sem nenhuma justificativa ou respeito com o cliente, com fome e aguardando para jantar com a esposa e filhos. Lamentável!
Terrible! I asked for IFood and waited for 1 hour of preparation. After 20 minutes beyond the expected delivery time they canceled the order without any justification or respect for the customer, hungry and waiting to have dinner with his wife and children. Unfortunate!

Não gostei do modo como fui recebida e nem de como prepararam a batata hoje.
Faltou batata e o recheio veio muito pouco.
