★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que posso venho comer aqui com minha familia . A melhor comida da rede Giraffas .. as outras lojas da rede deixam a desejar, quase sempre. Aqui, nessa loja no Tamboré BIG antigo WallMart a comida e sempre bem servida e saborosa. Incrível como se diferenciam das demais lojas. As outras deviam fazer escola por aqui.
 Whenever I can come here to eat with my family. The best food in the Giraffas chain .. the other stores in the chain are almost always lacking. Here, in this store in the old BIG Tamboré WallMart the food is always well served and tasty. Amazing how they differ from other stores. The others should go to school here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento hoje foi bom, mas fiquei decepcionada com a carne. O prato do dia hoje: Brasileirão com cupim, arroz, feijão, batata e salada. O problema é que o "cupim" estava muito duro, difícil até mesmo para cortar. E horrível de mastigar. Como pedi para viagem, quem se beneficiou foi minha cadela. Foi o jeito que encontrei de não jogar comida fora, infelizmente. Uma pena.
The service today was good, but I was disappointed with the meat. The dish of the day today: Brasileirão with termite, rice, beans, potatoes and salad. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar ! Jamais voltarei. Paguei 18,90 num prato que veio apenas uma colher rasa de feijão , arroz, linguiça e salada.
Atendente do restaurante que fica aos domingos é com desânimo.
Paguei um prato de comida pro garoto que me pediu comida e o Giraffas fez questão de levar mais de 15min pra entregar um simples prato ao jovem.
Não vá ao Giraffas do Big de Alphaville.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionárias mal treinadas, grosseiras não sabem conquistar o cliente, respostas grosseiras, não sabem nem oferece outro prato no lugar do que não tem, deveria haver um treinamento, não é pq estamos com fome que devemos engolir extresse e cara feia de funcionário mal pago, pq só pode ser isso estão sem pagto para atender tão mal. Se ESTIVER com fome vá no Carrefour, burg King ali do outro lado da rua. Talvez lá seja bem atendido.!!!

Funcionários não forsm minimamente treinados para satisfazer o cliente, exemplo, tomei uma cotovelada acidental de uma das funcionárias e nem um pedido de desculpas foi feito. O produto entregue poderia compensar, mas podem olhar pela foto. É só mais um fast food como tantos outros.
