Fica como uma crítica construtiva, pois sou cliente fiel e não vejo isso em outras filias da rede!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte dos lanches pra mim está Ok, mas a parte de sobremesas no 6° andar é uó, por mais que sempre tenha rodízio dos funcionários, nunca sou bem atendida. Na penúltima vez que fui comprar um sorvete, a atendente ficou de bate-papo com o cliente na minha frente e demorou horrores pra preparar uma casquinha simples, na minha vez, tive que repetir várias vezes o meu pedido porque ela tentava puxar papo e se distraia.
Hoje, fui comprar um shake de sorvete de doce de leite, o atendente coloca sorvete de baunilha e não bateu direito, tive que tomar de colher, ou seja, perdeu a característica de um shake, não pedi para trocar, porque ia ser um desperdício, mas os atendentes tem Zero Atenção no pedido.
Além disso, sempre tem alguma coisa em falta.
Gosto bastante da rede, mas a do shopping pra mim foi a pior de todas.
The snacks part is ok for me, but the desserts part on the 6th floor is awsome, even though there is always a rotation of employees, I am never well served. The penultimate time I went to buy an ice cream, the attendant chatted with the customer in front of me and it took a long time to prepare a simple cone, in my turn, I had to repeat my order several times because she tried to make conversation and distract.
Today, I went to buy a dulce de leche ice cream shake, the attendant puts vanilla ice cream and it didn't hit it right, I had to take it with a spoon, that is, it lost the characteristic of a shake, I didn't ask to change it, because it would be a waste , but the attendants have Zero Attention in the order.
Also, there is always something missing.
I really like the chain, but the mall was the worst for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal muito desatento, não é a primeira vez que acontece, paguei 6 reais mais caro para adicionar bacon e cheddar numa batata num combo pra viagem, e quando chego em casa está sem.
Very inattentive staff, it's not the first time it's happened, I paid 6 reais more to add bacon and cheddar to a potato in a takeout combo, and when I get home it's out of it.
