Porém o processo de atendimento poderia ser um pouco mais dinamico.
Para quem quer Tomar um café um pouco rapido não é possivel.
Entrando na loja você vai para o caixa e te recomendam sentar, ao sentar recomendam aguardar, ao ir ao caixa para tentar agilizar e pedir mesmo assim, informam que vao fazer oa pedidos e me pedem pra esperar na mesa novamente.
Ah e por isso eles cobram 10% do valor pois eles consideram isso um serviço.
Vale ressaltar que as atendentes sao simpaticas o processo que nao as ajuda

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para os amantes por cafeina como eu — este é uma cafeteira que vale a pena conhecer. No penúltimo andar do shopping, ela fica escondida mas com uma vista privilegiada da praia de Botafogo e o Pão de Açúcar.
Provei o cappuccino completo - sabor forte e ao mesmo tempo equilibrado com os demais ingredientes moka e canela) ? há uma variedade de tortas, entre outros quitutes. Eu provei e RECOMENDO a torta de bem casado com Damasco e amêndoa, ela é leve e não muito doce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei a experiência. Atendente simpática. O Latte Caramel é perfeito. Sem falar no pastel de forno integral dos sabores de berinjela c tomate seco e frango que são deliciosos... A massa além de fina e crocante é gostosa. Também é super bem recheado. O recheio é saborosíssimo. E para minha grande e satisfatória surpresa, o Red Velvet é o melhor que já comi. E é servido com chantilly e cereja. Ps: estou falando do meu bolo preferido. E se tem um bolo q eu já comi muito é ele, e se digo q é gostoso...É PQ É GOSTOSO MEXXXXMO.
Loved the experience. Friendly attendant. Caramel Latte is perfect. Not to mention the whole-oven pastel of the eggplant and tomato-dried chicken flavors that are delicious ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido no ifood de duas fatias de torta de banana, a original da prainha segundo o anúncio, um produto que eu conheço ha 10 anos. Inclusive, comprei especificamente da loja por eles anunciarem que era a original da prainha. As fatias vieram velhas, passadas, duras e uma delas estava inclusive azeda. Joguei fora, pois estava intragável. Liguei para a loja explicando o problema, falei com a gerente e me falaram que tudo tinha que ser feito através do ifood. Fiz a reclamação no ifood com uma avaliação ruim, explicando que o sabor estava irreconhecível. Recebi a surreal resposta de que isso era da massa integral mesmo, e que era torta e não um bolo e que eu deveria olhar a foto do produto e prestar atenção antes de pedir. Detalhe, eu pedi justamente por ser um produto que conheço há mais de uma década. Liguei para loja para saber quem tinha respondido e qual não foi a minha surpresa em saber que quem responde as críticas é o próprio dono do estabelecimento. Parabéns pela péssimo tratamento aos clientes. Sequer perguntou pra um funcionário o que aconteceu, saiu respondendo na ignorância. Recomendo a todos que procurem outro lugar para consumir.
