★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha sobrancelha no mês passado e como o Botafogo Praia Shopping é petfriendly, levei meu doguinho, sentei em uma cadeira na ponta e não tive problemas. Hoje retornei para contratar mais um serviço e para minha surpresa a atendente me informou que o doguinho não poderia ficar dentro do stand por causa da vigilância sanitária. Desci, fui a sobrancelha design, uma loja no mesmo shopping, deixei meu doguinho deitado no canto e fui muito bem atendida. Sugiro a essa franquia orientar e estabelecer uma política petfriendly, lembrando que a vigilância sanitária não tem nenhuma norma que proíba um doguinho de ficar em salões de beleza, ainda mais em um stand onde se faz esse tipo de serviço. É claro que não retornarei mais.
I had my eyebrows done last month and as Botafogo Praia Shopping is petfriendly, I took my dog, sat on a chair at the end and had no problems. Today I returned to hire another service and to my surprise the attendant informed me that the dog could not stay inside the stand because of the health surveillance. I went downstairs, I went to eyebrow design, a store in the same mall, I left my doguinho lying in the corner and I was very well attended. I suggest that this franchise guide and establish a petfriendly policy, remembering that health surveillance has no rule that prohibits a dog from staying in beauty salons, especially at a stand where this type of service is provided. Of course I won't be returning.
