★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um pacote de 3 praias (Praia de Morro Branco, Fontes e Canoa Quebrada), a programação seria nessa ordem, porém no dia do passeio fizemos a praia de Canoa Quebrada e depois Morro Branco, ficou faltando a praia das Fontes que conforme o motorista não teria essa praia, pois poderia fazer só se fosse de buggy (que seria um pagamento a parte do pacote). Quando entro em contato com a empresa informam que o Guia informou que a programação teria ocorrido conforme informado, mas no dia nem guia tinha. No final de tudo mim sinto muito lesada com essa situação. Propagando enganosa.
I bought a package of 3 beaches (Praia de Morro Branco, Fontes and Canoa Quebrada), the schedule would be in that order, however on the day of the tour we did the beach of Canoa Quebrada and then Morro Branco, the Praia das Fontes was missing which according to the driver I would not have this beach, because I could do it only if it was a buggy (which would be a payment in part of the package). When I contact the company, they inform that the Guide informed that the program would have taken place as informed, but on the day there was not even a guide. At the end of everything I feel very hurt by this situation. Misleading propagation.
