Acredito que se existe algum objetivo de aprimoramento no processo, a pior forma de se fazer é ignorando sugestões de clientes com respostas grosseiras, bom levar isso em consideração
The store has a structure that respects the standards of the franchise, but this unit leaves a lot to be desired in terms of customer service, as the staff who deal with customer service lack sensitivity to listen and take into account suggestions for improvements that customers can offer.
