★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei uma cadeira de rodas. Pedi para o responsável calibrar o pneu, ele pressionou o pneu com as mãos e disse que estava bom. Ao chegar com a cadeira e colocar o paciente, vi que estava murcho. Coloquei a cadeira no carro e levei para calibrar no posto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveria fechar! Hoje a magnífica senhora gerente, recusou alugar um precioso cilindro de oxigênio para a minha filha de 40 dias com quadro de bronquiolite. Apenas pq no momento não tinha o famigerado “cheque caução”. Ao mesmo tempo na mesa ao lado era oferecida a opção de trazer o cheque no dia seguinte. Insensíveis, não estão aptas a trabalhar com pessoas em situações de necessidades especiais. Não recomendo para ninguém!!

Atendimento por telefone péssimo, nítida má vontade, demora um tempão pra verificar uma coisa simples...
Tudo é mais caro do que os demais lugares, além disso não dão um centavo de desconto, nem em dinheiro. Simplesmente comprei em outro lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Aluguel uma cadeira de banho para deficiente físico e a rodinha simplesmente caiu. Por sorte a pessoa que estava utilizando não foi ao chão, mas poderia ter acontecido um acidente muito grave. Total descaso da loja para con o ocorrido, não existe um telefone de emergência, isso aconteceu no sábado a tarde e o deficiente teve que ficar até segunda-feira sem tomar banho, e meamo assim, eles não devolveram o dinheiro nem deram nenhum desconto.
Terrible! Rent a shower chair for the disabled and the wheel just fell off. Luckily, the person who was using it didn't fall to the ground, but a very serious accident could have happened. Total disregard by the store for what happened, there is no emergency phone, this happened on Saturday afternoon and the disabled person had to stay until Monday without showering, and I mean, they didn't refund the money or give any discount.
