★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem o telefone, dentro do banco o atendimento demora muito, as vezes chchego no banco so tem uma pessoa atendendo e 5 cadeiras vazias.
 They don't answer the phone, inside the bank the service takes a long time, sometimes I get to the bank with only one person answering and 5 empty chairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, fui tirar uma pequena dívida com o cara ele disse para eu esperar na fila, demorei 1 hora para fazer sozinho o que eu queria, pesquisei na internet, isso mesmo, porque o rapaz "responsável" nem ligou para o cliente.
Bad service, I went to take out a small debt with the guy, he told me to wait in line, it took me 1 hour to do what I wanted by myself, I searched the internet, that's right, because the "responsible" guy didn't even call the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do Banco do Brasil está cada vez pior. Menos funcionários, caixas eletrônicos que funcionam em horário de comercial e sempre atrasam o início. Por exemplo, já são 8:20 e os caixas de autoatendimento que deveriam ser 24h ainda estão desativados. Juros mais elevados que os demais são tantas queixas, que até para listar é ruim. E a única vantagem do BB frente aos demais bancos, que é a capilaridade, está sendo combatida com o fechamento de agências e pontos de auto-atendimento.
Banco do Brasil's service is getting worse and worse. Fewer employees, ATMs that operate during business hours and always delay the start. For example, it is already 8:20 am and the ATMs that should be open around the clock are still deactivated. Higher interest rates than the others are so many complaints, that even to list is bad. And BB's only advantage over other banks, which is capillarity, is being countered with the closing of branches and self-service points.
