Sou cliente da empresa há anos, por isso solicitei o orçamento de 3 aparelhos de ar condicionado para instalação imediata...A atendente Sra. Thaís, pediu para que eu aguardasse o contato através do WhatsApp. Após 3 dias sem qualquer contato, retornei no telefone da empresa para informar que até o referido momento, nenhum vendedor havia entrado em contato comigo...novamente pediu para que eu aguardasse.
Resumindo: Estou há 4 dias aguardando que um vendedor da empresa possa fazer a gentileza, de me passar o orçamento dos equipamentos que pretendo adquirir... Mas como a equipe de vendas é muitíssimo ocupada e preciso pedir " Pelo Amor de DEUS" para ser atendida, só me resta comprar na loja concorrente, e nunca mais solicitar o serviços dessa empresa.

I have been a customer of the company for years, so I asked for a quote for 3 air conditioning units for immediate installation ... The attendant Ms. Thaís, asked me to wait for contact via WhatsApp. After 3 days without any contact, I returned on the company phone to inform that until that moment, no salesperson had contacted me ... again asked me to wait.
In short: I have been waiting for a company salesperson for 4 days to be kind enough to give me the budget for the equipment I intend to purchase ... But as the sales team is very busy and I need to ask "For the Love of GOD" to be answered, I can only buy at the competing store, and never ask for the services of that company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ desde o dia 24 d outubro de 2021, estou pedidno para resolver sobre um compressor novo da Lg do ar condicionado e ate agoa a empresa não resolveu, sempre com a desculpa que a LG não autorizou a troca. Esta dentro da garantia epreciso que resolvam. Pessima resolução, demora em dar respostas e nehuma solução

The experience was incredible. Bárbara's service was great from the beginning: always responding quickly and helping with whatever was needed. To approve the budget, Nicholas paid a technical visit and cleared all my doubts.
During installation, everything was perfect. They did all the work in just over 5 hours. Everything was perfect and without any problem. Punctuality, professionalism and quality of service! Highly recommend !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a empresa para instalação de7 aparelhos de ares-condicionados, com garantia estendida de 3 (tres) anos, com a promessa de entregarem todos funionando.
Após a intalação dos ares nas paredes de casa, ao final da tarde, fui informado que os ares não funcionariam, pois, necessitavam realizar a infreaestrutura. Indaguei sobre o assunto , pois o contrato e o orçamento é claro que todos estariam funcionando, mas em vão, tive que pagar mais para a realização dos serviços, mas não foi só.
Na semana passada um dos aparelhos simplesmente despencou da parede e, pior, um aparelho de 36.000 btus, ou seja, um aparelho grande e, pasmem até a presente data não me responderam sobre minhas solicitações.
