Empresa sem profissionalismo e comprometimento.
Desconsideração total para comigo.
Simplesmente levaram 45 dias para instalar e deixar funcionando devidamente meu aparelho de ar condicionado, depois de inclusive eu ter que chamar outra empresa para fazer uma reavaliação do "serviço" feito por eles.
No caso foi visto que havia desaparecido uma válvula do aparelho que estava deixando o gás vazar e não refrigerar devidamente.
Técnicos sem qualificação e atendimento por telefone sem total consideração. (desligaram o telefone na minha cara ou me deixavam esperando por tempos!)

Company without professionalism and commitment.
Total disregard for me.
It just took me 45 days to install and keep my air conditioning unit working properly, after I even had to call another company to reassess the "service" they did.
In the case it was seen that a valve had disappeared from the device that was letting the gas leak and not cooling properly.
Unqualified technicians and telephone service without full consideration. (they hung up on me or left me waiting for a while!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo. A empresa foi atenciosa mesmo durante o pico de calor que aumentou muito a demanda, enquanto outras nem retornavam o contato. Serviço completo (incluindo instalação elétrica e material) e bem feito em um apartamento sem infraestrutura para ar condicionado.
I recommend. The company was attentive even during the heat spike that greatly increased demand, while others did not even return contact. Full service (including electrical and material installation) and well done in an apartment without air conditioning infrastructure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma visita com o responsável da empresa e o mesmo não veio e nem me avisou que não viria, quando liguei na loja me disseram que ele teve uma urgência médica ele não pôde vir. Ainda nesse dia, porém, bem mais tarde, ele enviou 02 técnicos para realizar a verificação. Pegaram e saíram colocando a carga de gás aqui na máquina sem autorização, pedi pra pararem pois o meu problema estava relacionado a vazamento e que, como eu havia falado para o responsável da loja, apenas a carga de gás não adiantaria. Solicitei aos técnico que o responsável da empresa entrasse em contato comigo para ver como ficariam as manutenções necessárias.
Como se passou 1 semana e ele não me ligou, mandei um áudio no whatsapp cobrando uma posição. Não me responderam até agora e se mostraram totalmente desinteressados. Profissionalismo 0.
I made an appointment with the person in charge of the company and he did not come or even warn me that he would not come, when I called the store I was told that he had a medical emergency he could not come. Still on that day, however, much later, he sent 02 technicians to carry out the verification. They took it and left putting the gas charge here in the machine without authorization, I asked them to stop because my problem was related to leakage and that, as I had told the store manager, only the gas charge would not do. I asked the technicians to contact the company manager to see how the necessary maintenance would be.
As 1 week passed and he didn't call me, I sent an audio on whatsapp charging a position. They have not answered me until now and have shown themselves totally disinterested. Professionalism 0.

Todos os funcionários que me atenderam foram atenciosos e competentes, demonstram muita boa vontade em realizar o serviço. Embutiram toda a tubulação e cabeamento no drywall, solução essa que nenhuma outra empresa se propôs ou teve a ideia de fazer. Ficou esteticamente muito bonito e o serviço foi elaborado com qualidade.
Great service, I called scheduling a visit and at the agreed time Mr. Henrique attended the place. All the employees who attended me were attentive and competent, showing a lot of willingness to carry out the service. They embedded all the piping and cabling in the drywall, a solution that no other company proposed or had the idea of doing. It was aesthetically very beautiful and the service was elaborated with quality.
